Its ok the use better development but other than that I like it a lot I just wish it got more detail on the world and the way they got to the point of life
Not worth reading. The MC is the most inconsistent, and quite literally retarded MC that I have seen in a long time. Nothing he says or does fits in with his backstory or supposed mindset, and even then it wildly changes every few paragraphs .It's also incredibly frustrating how retarded he is. He gets the ability to possess any living or dead being and fully, permanently, gain their stats and skills. So what does he do with that? Nothing. Instead of bouncing between anything he possibly can to gain the maximum possible benefit of his ability he does nothing with it at all.
Writing quality isn't that great and lots of artificial word count inflation via unnecessary convoluted descriptions and caracter reintroductions at the start of nearly every chapter that sometimes take up as much as 1/4th of the chapter.What also annoyed me a little bit was the use of German names without actually properly researching their meaning. Like poltergeist. The author used it as a name for the telepathy (which is fine by itself) ability and acted like it was obvious what the ability does just from the name. no it wasn't. The defining characteristic of poltergeists is that they never manifest, so they cannot be perceived apart from their activity, not that they throw things around. Direct speech can also be confusing to follow as the author doesn't make it clear who is speaking and just randomly breaks up direct speech into multiple paragraphs even though it's still the same caracter speaking, which makes it seem like it's another caracter talking. I tried to give this book the benefit of the doubt and bought a couple paywalled chapters. The writing didn't get better, and the word padding also didn't stop. It's fine if you don't care about the free chapters as they don't make you any money, but selling people something of this quality for 11 coins per chapter is just straight up insulting your readers.
I miss this novel so much??!!! But seriously, I would love for him to finish this novel. However, he actively works on 2 other novels which are more popular. I would hate 2 see his work suffer from trying to do too much.
I’m writing this before I start reading but from the previous book I have read by the author the quality of this book will be outstanding. I hope that people will check out his other book after reading this one.
