i hate school arcs mostly because it's so overused and boring...Things may change later on but I'm not motivated to read further except for seggs..
Great characterisation and interesting story
For starters the story is nice, it has a my hero academia vibe going on in it, maybe you got inspired by it. It's nice. there is no problem with the grammar, the wall of text kinda gets you, from a perspective of a reader you're going to get tired, reading it. typos here and there too. This is my honest review no hate, overall the story is nice but it needs quite a lot of edits. That's all from me. don't lose the motivation to write I'm cheering you on. ?
Forgive me for my bluntness in this review. I really do not have a personal grudge against the author; he is actually one of my good friends. And honestly, besides the writing quality portion, the review isn't much of a roast.Writing Quality: Has definitely improved since the author's last novel, but it is nowhere near perfect. The reason is because of inappropriate word choice and sentence structure (he is almost always in the passive) that makes both enjoyable and easy reading near impossible. For example, to describe tears and emotion, the author used (not an exact quote): "He was so sad that tears fell down his face and the white membrane became red." Red and white membrane?? This strange wording distracts the reader from focusing on the emotions. Apart from this, the author's style is more comedic, and the writing seems to be more detached everywhere else. The author also uses different variations of English, sometimes British English and sometimes American. Stability of Updates: automatic 5 because the author has a positive record.Story Development: To some, it might be a bit too fast, and to others, it'll be too slow. To me, it's too fast-paced. By chapter 6, we are already in the first scenario, and the main character got used to the system and this world he is in way too quickly. Even though he now has the memories of his past life in this new world, he should still be at least dazzled.Character Design: I could feel that the characters were all very well thought out, from the way the main character had to experience all of the experiences his soul had in order to feel motivated to take revenge and/or live. World Background: Again, I could feel that everything was well thought out, from the intricacies of the system (a genre that I find to be actually extremely difficult to handle) to the different characters and their stories that were introduced.Work hard, Ansu chan (seven)!
I kinda want to read a novel now where the MC does not give 2 sh*ts about his parents who mysteriously disappeared. And as our MC never set out on his journey, the villans won and ruled the universe. And due to the fact that MCs usually live in the noob village in the noob region of the noob country on the noob continent of the noob world, nobody cared to rule over this random backwater planet. And MC lived happily ever after.(I mainly gave this novel 1 star because I am tired of MC searching for his parents. Those who like standard tropes will probably like this novel)
Yes! Very good, congratulations, keep it up, I'm looking forward to reading more of this story, have my support, good luck and stay strong???
This novel is awesome I was completely felt wow whike reading searching fr awhile fr this type of novels keep posting the novele like this @manasa potturi great work cheers to champ
This is my first time reading the sci-fic novel, and I quite enjoyed it. More specifically I like the way author is bringing up the adventures to keep the readers entertained and hooked in the story. The way the character of Arjun is described is very also intersting. Good work Author, keep it up!!It's a story worth your time and read. Do give it a try!
The novel is on to a great start. I really like the weak to strong concept. The description of the world could use some more effort and work. The character is a steal. I am impressed truly. Keep up the good work. But in my personal opinion the development is a bit on the slower side. Can be a different preference for other people though.
Hi everyone, I'm the author of True Essence.I'll use this review to specify what my goals are with this novel.First of all, this is my first novel, so bear with me a little bit :)Let's follow the review grading.Writing Quality 3/5 : It's the best I can do right now but I'm trying to improve myself day by day. I'm open to criticism, if you think it sucks, please tell me why, so I can try to fix it.Stability of Updates 5/5 : Well, till now I never failed to post at least one charpter a day :) , I plan to post more as I get more used to it.Story Development 3/5 : There's almost nothing right now, but I have some ideas in store. I hope you like it.Character Design 5/5 : I like the main characters vey much, there's so many new ones to appear to, sigh, I really need to up my writing so they can enter the story.World Background 3/5 : well, for now there's only a desert, but I plan to build a big world. If everything goes right the desert will be nothing more than a very little part of it.Kinda weird to rate myself. Now a little about why I'm writing this novel.I love reading and the feeling it gives me when I immerse myself into a world. There's many stories that I love, but without a doubt my biggest inspiration is One Piece. I've been watching it since I was little and without a doubt I would not be the person I am today had I not watched it.I just hope this story can bring someone the same feelings I have when I'm reading One Piece.I really hope you'll give it a chance.Thank you for reading :)
One of the worst novels I have seen in a long time. The author did a complete disservice to the concept of the novel/synopsis, since those sounded like they could be interesting
