I read till chapter 590, and all I can say is that the translation of this novel has been going downhill since it reached the 200s. I lost alot of my brain cells just trying to understand what the heck is going on in each chapter. I personally don't recommend people to read this novel.

i have read around 400 chapters its all about frustated mc . his spell using only know one spell hard skin other spells are learnt just for the name sake and keeping at bay reader when will he use it .

I dig this novel. It is easy to read, but with depth, and the characters are lifelike and the MC is very sympathetic, and you really get the sense that the author cares for this book. The events make sense, and still there is always something that leaves you wanting to read more. The core concept in the synopsis should, hm, also make you interested in the book. And I love the action scenes as well! Would recommend this to other readers as well. Thank you, author.
What is the problem with qidian, in the past we had great novels like LOTM or RTW , even the others novels, if wasn't great at least had personality enough to be recognised but now only one novel doesn't change the names and I don't even say about the fact that 99% of this novels are copy from each other.

This book is pretty interesting. I was actually hooked for a little bit but there are some cons that really disrupt the experience for me.
The main thing is that the mysteries are a bit exasperating. The mysteries keep building at the worst times; some people may not mind this but i find it a bit annoying because it interupts my understanding of the MC and his emotions or gives me the impression that hes overly emotional or weak willed. Most of the time when the weird random stuff happen, he doesnt give it too much thought or tries to analyze things intricately. Personally, i just felt he could do a lot more.
Overall, your story premise is very good and entertaining. Ive been enjoying the story so far.
One thing i would like to add to improve the story is to make the MC more focused, analytical, relentless and less clueless in finding out what really happened to his brother. Lastly, you should tone down the mystery and randomness of the events or increase the time interval between them. We need more of the MMORPG feel and less of the Murder mystery feel.
