I likeit about all the characters .And the plot is very captivating to say the least.the flow is well planned.the English language is well utilised.i love the story.
This story is pretty shit to be honest. It's about the demon king of lust, but all he does is going a round killing everyone like a psycho. it wouldn't be bad if it at least somewhat lived up to the 'lust' persona, but it honestly just feels like the author was bullied as a kid and is writing out his 'death note' so he doesn't become an actual serial killer. 100% recommend SKIP.
This novel is written and looks like a lot of other novels on royalroadls (dungeon kinds and re:smthing ) that are quickly dropped (yeah)The story is a bit too childish ( the thief , the rambling of the MCs and the villagers) and the characters are not well enough introduced (as of today I don't give a f*ck to any of them except the thief)The uploading pace is a bit low to nowadays novelsIt's stll good and would like to continue to read it as long as possible until you decide to drop it.97/100 IGN
This book is really interesting, it has a slow pace and good character development, a likable Mc:after chapter 20?, anyway there are barely any grammar mistakes and very good tenses, well done author you have my full attention.
As one of the early readers who read this story before it was published online, all I can say is this is an awesome story. The interaction of King with his daughter, his reactions when he's suddenly in different world, all are more human like than most of the stories on this platform. I am looking forward for more chapters. I just hope, the author, who's also as lazy as me, works hard for this story.
This is a great story and is a solid 5/5 till now for me .....also this is my first time writing a serious review that goes to show how much I like this book.....I have tried to break down and review the story elements by myself and here I go—1)Plot—>Firstly the plot is well thought out and well paced and it is also mostly realistic. The author has tried his best for accommodating the sci-fi aspects of the story which is believable (if you want to believe cuz that is as far as it goes in fictions).2)Characters—>The characters are mostly likeable and there is heavy character development that is necessary and believable because the genre is ‘apocalypse’.Most people change when their survival is threatened but it cannot be abrupt and has to have a trigger and a period of change, this is something that the author has shown. Not all characters are supposed to be black and white and they have to be dynamic and changing which happens in this story and this is a plus for me.3) System——>Finally the major tag that is very popular and common nowadays,’system’ is done right here .It does not spoon feed neither is it very vague, also people dont awaken skills out of thin air (at least it hasn’t happened yet). All I have are praises for the book and small things in some chapter that I feel can be improved or I don’t understand are mostly in the comments so I think this book is only going to get better..
Simply stated, this an average novel among Webnovel standards. 2-D characters that aren’t fleshed out, so they feel like the generic MC’s and secondary characters all over this website. The plot in this story started fairly simple and easy to grasp, a reincarnated second chance to reach the top and beyond. What started as a VR story became a mixture of Gods and the supernatural, which could’ve been great if it wasn’t for one thing... VR. Just like Shura’s Wrath, an older novel that tried to merge the VR world and real world. Like it’s predecessor, this one failed so far.Not to insult the authors ability but every character you’ve read about in any other VR novel, is literally the same except the change in names and locations. To the MC’s love interest whose beauty is ‘absurdly-breathtaking-she-hides-her-beauty. Even the MC and Gods can’t resist.’ The MC himself is no different, following the ‘cold-hearted and emotional’ trope. This novel could have better potential but the author tries to make things edgy and emo, making the novel a cringe-read. I assume because the author is probably a first-timer and a teenager (which turns out to be false, since they’re a law student.) Instead of using VR, the author should’ve opted to based the story in the real word with fantasy elements or- in the future where VR was so transcendent, it literally was a second life rather than just a ‘game’. This would’ve meshed the story better in my humble opinion. Instead we have immersion breaking elements such as status bars and other rpg-elements that’s redundant throughout chapters. Which will only further destroy the immersion for the reader since the author introduced the concept of different ‘universes’ based on a theme (wuxia, steampunk, western...). The novel is decent for a speed-read or when bored. If the author would further refine and better mix the world of reality and VR, this story could leap. Unfortunately the combo of stale characters and storytelling sells it short.
what a storyline ... really well written keep updating author
