One word;"PURE ACTION"Your synopsis says much even though its short and simple...creative!!!From the starting of the book its already getting deep, am loving it❤
I love how the main character change this book has a whole unique twist and the layout is well prepared the princess,how they knew who Joshua was ?
This story is a great disappointment ,I expected much more than that . For a person who was hailed as the strongest in his previous life ,the MC sure is dumb . Not to forget to mention the grammatical errors . Editing ,lots and lots of editing , this story needs a hell lot of editing. The plot is interesting but the characters are horribly designed .
I need to talk about Tiezhu because this man is the emotional core of these chapters and I am not okay. He eats one chestnut and is moved to tears. 'Worth it, this whole life is worth it, boohoo.' I literally laughed out loud AND felt something weird in my chest at the same time. This guy just got a taste of food that isn't garbage for the first time in his life and his reaction is pure, unfiltered gratitude. And then he runs all the way back to his squad with two jin of chestnuts, shouting 'Captain, Captain, come quickly! I've got good stuff!' like a kid bringing home a treasure. The way he immediately shares with his squad members — 'don't say your brother didn't think of you guys!' — this is friendship in its most honest form. No drama, no conditions. Just a big muscular guy who found something delicious and wanted everyone he knows to taste it too. Meanwhile Yinxing has this quiet moment with her sweet potato plant Little Red, and the vines seem to sigh when she takes the leaves. 'A gentle breeze blew past her ear, seemingly carrying an extremely, extremely faint sigh.' Is the plant emotional? Is she imagining it? I don't know but it made me feel something I can't quite name.
Overall, love the idea but room for improvement.Great story, quirky charakters and a light, fun reading. Grammer errors here and there but it doesn't affect the understanding.Some chapters feel like going too fast...how to say, tmi, it just feels as if you get a bunch of things tossed at you, when it could have been paced slower, with more love for smaller details in it to feel the atmosphere without having to focus on a bunch of other equally important and interesting happenings. ATM at chapter 21
I'm really enjoying this so far, the friendship between the MC and his violinist friend is nice and I can't wait to find out more about the situation between the two in the past!
Haven't read it yet but many peeps reviewed it 5 stars. Ever since getting interested in supernatural creatures and the Witcher, I've been looking for monster hunter stories and finally found one! I'm expecting great things from this!

Fun to read I like the main character’s attitude against anyone that would go against him. Pretty satisfying when he put them in their place.
