Great book, well written & stays on track.
Great story growth so far, I am waiting for the next chapter to continue the story!!!!!!!
4 months ago it was stated in a month regular updates would start, 3 months later still sitting on Chapter 2! Absolutely Loved the previous book, hopefully this book gets updated soon before I just give up for good and stop reading this authors books! Awesome writer too!!
I am absolutely loving this series so far! It's very refreshing because the main character, Lin Dan, doesn't care at all about romance and doesn't need to lean on some "male god's" golden thigh to achieve her goals, which are always varied and fascinating, in whatever world she finds herself. Lin Dan is honestly a bit of a perfect Mary Sue-type, but she's also incredibly fun to read about. Her brand of perfection is more about being super self-controlled and competent rather than being charming or beautiful. In fact, she is described as fairly ordinary but good-looking in most arcs, which is a breath of fresh air after reading too many novels where the author can't stop raving about the female lead's beauty.
Anyway, if you want to read about the exciting adventures of a super-clever and competent woman who doesn’t need a man to achieve her goals, this is the story for you. This is such a fun, refreshing read!
I recently completed this novel and I'm giving it a solid 5-star rating for its engaging and enjoyable plotlines. The unique gender-bending setting, lovable and puppy-like male protagonist, and the self-reliant main character who effortlessly accomplished her missions all added to my appreciation. However, the ending felt rather hurried, leaving me with a slightly unsatisfied feeling. Despite that, the overall positive resolution makes up for it, so I'll go with the happy ending.
Poison Taster here the premise is pretty intriguing but any story or setting is locked behind the sh*tty translation from chapter 1-70 the translation slowly gets better but at around chapter 65 it starts to dip back down but at no point is it a good translation. I'll keep reading and every 50 or so chapters I'll give an update (mostly about the translation probably)
Quick question, is the story good, will there be a lot sm*t, I don't mind sm*t but not a lot
I just got tired of the male lead so I gave up on this book
Long separation tag is that the kidnapped female lead trope PASS
I apologize for the low rating; tragedy isn't really my genre, which might have influenced my perspective. The story itself is commendable, but it's incredibly disheartening. The treatment of the main character was harsh, and her luck seemed to be against her. It's true that she managed to survive and grow stronger, but I can't help despising the trials she faced.
Despite my aversion to such melancholic narratives, my curiosity keeps me engaged. I'm intrigued by what lies ahead for her, so I'll continue reading. In a way, this series serves as a compelling one, as despite my dislike, I persist with it.
Is there any update on this novel?
Lucas failed to kill author and nowadays author recovering from surgery(heard from certain someone).
