Amazing! ... I don’t usually read spinoffs, but I had a feeling this would be good after reading ‘Touch Me While I taste You’. I absolutely loved it and this one too! The way the author tells stories is absolutely intriguing.. Thank you author for the great reads! ... Im honestly sad its over!!
Love the book so far!!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Another one done well by This Author, that I personally believe would be an amazing movie. Keep up the good stories and hopefully one day you can turn some into a movie or TV series.
Is this book abandoned? I really loved it and wish to see how it ends!!!! Please let us know if maybe something is going on author like health, family stuff, writers block, etc. Praying for you! i will wait if you let us know something is going on. I really love this story! You writing is awesome!
I have read all the Bravta wolves books, I loved them very well written, plots lines amazing. I started this one expecting similar expectations and this one blows me out of the water! I can’t put it down.
This chapter is a masterclass in pacing. It starts SO slow—He Jiayu walking upstairs, remembering she borrowed the study, finding her absorbed in writing. The prose itself slows down to match his pace. We linger on details: her hair, her glasses, the annotations on her paper. It's deliberate. It's calm. It's domestic. And then the professors appear and suddenly there's this funny little social layer—the awkwardness of being caught between work and personal life. He Jiayu's wrist massage is another beat of tenderness that could have been rushed but isn't. The author lets it breathe. Then the kiss escalates. And escalates. 'After what felt like an eternity'—the pacing shifts here, the prose gets heavier, more sensory, more intense. Every touch is described in slow motion. And just when you think it's going to peak, just when Xu Zhiyuan has completely surrendered to the moment, the ringtone. The abruptness is brutal. One second it's this lush, intimate scene and the next it's 'Who is it?!' The chapter doesn't fade out or resolve—it cuts. This is the kind of pacing that makes you immediately open the next chapter, and honestly, that's exactly what the author wants. The contrast between the slow, sensual buildup and the jarring interruption is what makes this scene unforgettable.
