Had to say that I am thoroughly amazed by the quality of this book. My only complaint is that I had to stop my immersion halfway through chapter 82 because that's all there was for me to read.Brilliantly written and completely my cuppa of tea. Would really love to see more chapters and a crazier system the further the story goes.Thank you for writing another brilliant story, Dawn.
I'm at chap 365 now.At first the story is good and characters is good but..... what a pity MC turn into a idiot from 300+ chap. It seems he never learn from his earlier mistakes.Like that elder from megrez peak (i think his name zhao lin), like when he and li fei searching shangguan yan and almost killed by old fogy just because an a stupid reason, like when he not kill a bad guy in the forest seven sword sect which make his 2 friends one died and the other is losing the leg.... etc etc etc so many stupid thing he did which make his or his friend almost die. He had 3 memories of live but except for cultivation technique and recognize for several things the rest is useless. he only uses knowledge but not experience

I need to talk about the diaper scene because I am NOT okay. Yan Qing is standing in a clothing wholesale market in Yiwu, surrounded by bolts of fabric and racks of outdoor gear, and she just... drifts into the children's section. She starts buying small diapers and large diapers like she's mentally preparing for motherhood in a world that doesn't even exist yet. Fenfen teases her and she BLUSHES. A woman facing forced transmigration into the wilderness is blushing over baby clothes. And I get it. I totally get it. Because underneath all the survival prep and the panic about tigers and the 30-day countdown, Yan Qing is still a person who wants to be loved. Who wants a family. Who looks at an empty future and imagines someone standing beside her in it. The romance hasn't even started—there's not a single love interest introduced yet—and already the author has me emotionally invested in whether she'll find someone worth staying alive for. The friendship with Fenfen is what grounds all of this though. When Fenfen shows up with her suitcase and says 'I don't care, I'm staying here for a while,' that's not just plot convenience. That's the emotional core of the story. In a genre where people transmigrate alone and never look back, having a bestie who refuses to let you face the unknown by yourself? That's the real cheat ability.

The stakes in these chapters are interesting because they operate on two levels simultaneously. On the surface, it's a public confrontation: Li Guilan tries to destroy Su Jiuyue's reputation in front of the whole military compound, and Su Jiuyue fights back. Simple. Clear. The stakes are social—gossip, judgment, the threat of being reported to the County Revolutionary Committee. But underneath, there's a much darker conflict simmering. Su Jiuyue's body is weak—her ankle is badly injured, she can barely stand, and when she tries to move against Li Guilan, 'cold sweat instantly soaked the back of her blouse.' She's fighting this battle physically compromised. The tension of knowing she COULDN'T have handled this alone if Huo Zhixing hadn't been there? That's genuine stakes. And Huo Zhixing himself has internal conflict—the 'manic restlessness,' the 'violent, destructive agitation,' the headache that returns whenever he's too close to Su Jiuyue. What is this condition? The author drops hints but never explains, which creates suspense. Is he dangerous? To whom? To her? The chapter ends with Liu Laizi about to reveal something important (the text cuts off mid-reveal), which raises the stakes again. What does he know? What happens when the comedic foil becomes a real threat? What I love most is how the author balances the romantic tension with genuine danger. Every sweet moment between Huo Zhixing and Su Jiuyue is shadowed by the knowledge that Li Guilan is still out there, still plotting, and still has connections. The conflict isn't resolved—it's just entered a new phase. And that's what keeps me turning pages.

i really love this book since i started reading it. However, please make Samuel looks good by being polite, humble and respectful to Elder Yi.
