To be fair it is a typical isekai, just better than most

The protagonist takes a measured approach, avoiding rash decisions, and instead seeks to understand the bigger picture, identify the mastermind, and address the root cause. The focus on slice-of-life adventures is refreshing, and I appreciate how he handles his part-time hero duties with a lighthearted touch.
What I particularly admire about the novel is the MC's unwavering adherence to his principles, which allows him to gather crucial information and anticipate his enemies' moves. The side stories and intermissions are not just padding; they provide insight into the impact of the MC's actions on supporting characters and contribute to a well-rounded narrative. Each character, including those from earlier volumes, has a meaningful role and fits seamlessly into the story.
However, I deducted one star due to the pacing issues. The early volumes were slow, with redundant dialogue, while some middle sections felt rushed, relying on retelling past events. The final volume, although packed with battles and sudden climaxes, seems out of place. Despite these flaws, overall, it's a delightful read. Enjoy your time with it!
