This book is amazing! Honestly one of my favourites, so far. But still waiting for more!
I initially enjoyed the narrative, but now I find that numerous historical subplots don't resonate with me, which makes the story feel somewhat monotonous. The author's writing style tends to be sketchy, causing me to want to skim through the text. Surprisingly, even when I do, I don't miss much since the pacing mirrors that approach. Despite these drawbacks, there are intriguing concepts in the story that compelled me to revisit it. I would still suggest it with the understanding that it might not appeal to everyone's taste in historical details or pacing.
I’m dying for a story similar to this, yet it seems that it’s a curse for all stories like this to be incredibly mediocre.
If someone can recommend me a story with the same premise (lord of a territory, recruit troops, level troops, etc.) as this, I would be eternally grateful. This is such an interesting genre that is infested with terrible writing.
I’ve tried “Global Lord: 100% Drop Rate”, “My military branches can evolve infinitely”, and this book. I’m not sure how to identify this genre.
Please, if someone can recommend me a well-written book or this genre, I would be much obliged.
