An awesome zombie story, Mark is an amazing, down to earth character, and I look forward to seeing him survive this apocalypse! As well as making his mark on the world!
Loving the story so far, Keep up the good work author. Hopefully you don't drop it like others............................................. If only we had more chaps... Can't wait for more
Due to very poor update stability it doesn't deserve a good review. It even has privilege packages up to 20 chapters although author sometimes does not update any chapter for more than one month.
I need to talk about the moment Xu Zhizhi falls into Fu Chengyan's arms. Because this is where the entire emotional temperature of the book shifts. She's trembling. Not from attraction, not from any romantic impulse—she's terrified. Socially anxious, cornered, trying to escape, and she trips. The text says she "lost her balance and tumbled into an embrace that carried the sharp scent of sea breeze and ocean—cold, yet paradoxically warm." That description alone does so much work. Cold yet warm. That's Fu Chengyan in one line. He's intimidating, powerful, almost predatory in how he takes her onto his lap—but he also helps her up, makes a joke instead of pressing further, lets her go. And her reaction! She can't speak when she's panicked. "Her mouth was beautiful"—he notices that. He sees her as a person, not a conquest. While everyone else at that table is treating her like a game piece, he's the only one who actually stops and looks at her. But then you read about her childhood and you want to scream. A child in an incubator. Not allowed to be touched. Used as a blood source. Pushed between two families who pretended to love her. No wonder she eats from her pockets like a squirrel hoarding nuts. No wonder she curls up in a dog bed. She's been treated like an object her whole life and now she's surrounded by people at a bar and her instinct is to hide and eat. The CP chemistry here isn't fireworks—it's quiet recognition. He sees her panic and doesn't exploit it. She escapes but not before he scans her QR code and finds her nickname is just (o). So silly and cute. He chuckles. That's it. That's the spark. And honestly? That's more romantic than any grand gesture.
Loved the book. its so amazing......
please update
Good book, but too long. Make it into a 5 book series so we can at least finish it. This is why I try to find a book completed. That way I know I'm getting my moneys worth.
cant wait for more
why is the chapters that released is getting fewer than usual, it's really not convenient for someone who's enjoying to read the book, I really don't mind about anything else but instead of more chapters released, it's getting less is really make losing interest from the book.. please release more.
Great story until I finished it. What a sad ending.
awesome book, one of the best I have read on any book site... riveting... it has everything you could want in an adventure/fantasy/romance. well worth reading !
Forget about any expectations you may have for the characters. Just go into it knowing that Muse always has a plan and she never disappoints. Loved every nail bitting minute of it and wouldn't change a single thing. Congrats on another completed masterpiece!
