Came into this thinking I’d get a strong female lead to leave at chapter 8 disappointed. Mate moves on yet his chosen mate doesn’t and remains pure for the cheating mate. The male love interest sleeps around, but God forbid the female MC is allowed to move on healthfully. Even tries to off themself.
I’m on chapter 37 and its getting stressful. Poor Sheila doesn’t deserve this trash mate, he needs to accept the rejection and let her move on, she’s obviously in pain and he’s making her suffer. I get that they THINK Thea is the chosen but doesn’t mean he needs to continue sleeping with her…

This book started off great. It was engaging & then it just became dull & dragged through chapters. I didn’t even need to read a whole chapter as the first paragraph & the last paragraph summed up the chapter without the necessity of what’s written inbetween. Grammar is shocking too!

almost all the story are the same. married for many years, the husband cheated, they divorced, the wife pregnant.
