I rate this 3 out of 5 stars as it serves its purpose well - providing an entertaining story for leisurely reading. Initially, the first few chapters felt questionable, but my enjoyment grew as I progressed. However, I must mention a part that made me uncomfortable, involving sexual harassment from a supporting character in certain chapters. [Details hidden for spoiler] Despite this issue, I appreciate the translator's work and am eagerly anticipating the resolution of the main mystery, character relationships, and the book's conclusion. The unpredictability keeps me intrigued!
Let's be real, in a massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) where non-player characters (NPCs) don't respawn, it's highly unlikely that there would be any living NPCs in the first town within hours of launch, or even any NPCs at all within the first few days. What really bothers me about this storyline is not just the protagonist's ability to instantly kill everyone despite being level 1, but the implausibility of there being any players left for her to target in such an environment. The author seems to overlook the prevalence of trolls, who are a significant portion of multiplayer gamers, and I signed up to read about a sadistic sociopath tormenting and murdering women and children, not about an internet troll's behavior in a virtual reality MMO.
You mean 88 imperial court true yang building and when he became a zombie? Well it is a part a lot of people don't like because Fang Yuan loses a lot in that part. But it's finale is also super amazing. Also, everything going wrong is explained and then detailed even further in the story revealing truths we didn't know existed. I mean I like Reverend Insanity because of that nerve wracking feel. I can't predict Ri as I could most stories.
