What a heartwarming narrative... I was deeply captivated by the story's setting, from the majestic mountains to the cozy inn – it all painted a vivid picture in my mind. The development between the two main characters was truly engaging, as their bond grew beautifully, step by step. Their relationship was filled with tenderness and sweetness, marked by mutual understanding and unwavering support. It exuded a sense of tranquility that made their love story all the more endearing. I am grateful to both the author and the translator for creating such a touching tale.

As an avid reader who has gone through roughly up to Chapter 200, I must say that this novel holds a special place in my all-time favorites list. However, I must acknowledge that it may not appeal to everyone, particularly not to young readers who prefer stories with a one-dimensional, overpowered protagonist who effortlessly conquers every challenge. This book takes a different approach, offering unexpected plot twists, emotional depth, and a more realistic portrayal of the protagonist's growth.
If you're looking for a clichéd, all-powerful main character who can accomplish anything simply because they are the protagonist, then this might not be your cup of tea. But if you appreciate a well-crafted narrative with unexpected surprises and an emotional storyline, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
The only minor issue I have is that the main character experiences quite a bit of vomiting, which some might consider a trivial detail, but it's certainly not a deal-breaker.
It seems like Carlton is a bit of a jerk, but Luisen has really captured my interest! (^-^) I appreciate that he didn't suddenly become super smart all by himself; he had support from his previous life, which feels more realistic. And I love how they didn't sugarcoat his flaws – he owns up to his less-than-perfect character without blaming it on some manipulative side character. Overall, it looks quite promising!
So far, it's been quite enjoyable. It has a leisurely, slow-paced feel to it. I'm still looking forward to the childcare aspect that the tags suggest.
The narrative is intriguing, but unfortunately marred by a lackadaisical translator who fails to proofread their work. The inconsistencies between first and third person, coupled with grammatical mistakes, are particularly noticeable. There's an entire chapter filled with Korean wordplay that the translator simply translates literally, dismissing it as "too difficult to convey." It would be appreciated if they could put more effort into understanding and respecting the source material. Update: The novel has been taken up by Reaperscans, and I'm hopeful for improvements in translation. Will update my review accordingly.
Edit: With a new translator now on board, the situation has significantly improved. If they can skillfully adapt the Korean puns, I will undoubtedly upgrade my rating to five stars.
the story got a lot worse after the protagonist's master was inserted in the story basically the protagonist became her chess piece and there's also always someone showing up to get involved in the protagonist's battles
Sigh man it p*ss*s me off that such good story is getting fisted by its creator no less.
This whole story goes stupid after he leaves the dwarf king. It's a shame.
Don't listen to this guy blud has no idea what he is missing out on this is a peak novel but it takes time for it to truly be able to show what it's worth I have only read one of author's other novels but that is similar in this aspect too if you have the patience to read up to at least 2000 chapters ot will be worth it.
