I'm surprised to see this here its a really good read if you can ignore the nationalism and biases, as it covers at least more than half of the characters if not all. its a good past time.
another thing , (I'm not sure if its allowed so I wont mention the name or add link), this is completed in a different site with real low quality(maybe MTL) translation, but if you mastered the dao of trashlation you'll understand it.
I don't know why a lot of people hate this novel but this is surely a good novel with explanations and good storyline. Although the story line seemed to be working around villains provoke mc and mc crushing them, author give credible reasons and characters who will help mc in crushing them. Harems members are crucial for linked events and storylines and they aren't annoying in all way. This is definitely a good novel which i read till the end. First one i read till the end is mages are too op and this is second one.
For whoever needs this, here is a sorta of summary: MC is not much interested in games, instead, he is a bookworm.Initially he hears about the release of a famous VRMMORPG game, but he decide to join after hearing that the game AI has created an infinite amount of new books.Unknow to him, he was costantly getting rewarded for every book he readed, and after finishing all the books in the starting library, something happen. Follow him in his growth while he slowly become one of the best players just enjoing his hobby, reading. This is just the summary I readed in anothet site,but this seems a really good book for whoever likes the #Weak-to-strong tag! This immediatly caught my attention just reading the summary, since I also love reading more than everything, hope this helps someone!

Nope it truly has more than 10000 chapters (10^4). I was truly interested in this novel but when I saw that number I quietly closed the tab.
I was extremely sad that even though I had this my library to read it will never update but after six to seven months it finally got updated yayy
Hmm, I think so, I'm about halfway through, and all the characters have their personality. The start is a little slow but once more characters start getting introduced it picks up. If you don't like slow starts this is prob not for you but this is in my top 10 so it's decent.

The words are easy to interpret, concise, and help the readers to grasp the settings of each scene without having to think too much.
The information feedback is just as smooth with little fillers, especially when the characters are mentioned with little snippets of their past, present, and their expectations for the future.
This is slowly building a web of information and connections, but if one isn’t careful enough and is simply reading for the sake of skimming through, it’s easy to be lost in the storytelling down the line.
For me the novel is good and it keeps me intrested, and I could definitely say it have potential to be a good novel. But its entirely up the author. and the only problem is the update speed, it's slow and I hope the author update faster. So I'm giving it a 5-stars cause I like this novel and I'm not stingy.
The translation is fine. It's a shame that the story lacks any real depth or substance. There are too many dialogues, and not enough descriptive narration about what is happening. Failure to do so means readers are left wondering about the world-building. It's like mindlessly watching a shuttlecock getting pass from one side of the net to the other. The dialogues are aplenty, but they feel flat and lifeless because there is no distinct characterization. All in all, a horrible piece of fiction that feels like it's written by a teenager. The only reason why I read it was to obtain Fast Pass to unlock chapters. What a waste of my 10 minutes. 1/10
