This look quite good. Finally a Virtual reality type novel where mc is not reborn or regressed back in time where he knows all the things which become boring real fast.
Sorry but that mc goes from start full retardmode. He could avoid all of his downfall if he just be a little bit grown up and dont throw a tantrum like a little kid. I cant believe that he could be the no 1 player in the game after 8 years if he is that *****. The other players must haven been pretty trash if they needed that long to scheme against him

Great story with a realistic take on a “realistic VR game” book. The MC, Eldrian, starts his journey slowly by training and adapting to the new world in the game. Battle scenes are gruesome and, due to the realism of the game, cause players problems seen in real life battles like PTSD and trauma. Alternatively, the realism in the game causes the MC problems in his non-virtual life as well, like forgetting he can’t regenerate stamina after overworking his body. The story develops well and the MC isn’t immediately overpowered. The NPCs have clear personalities and aren’t just background noise to the players. Overall, this is one of the best VR-game novels I’ve read on Webnovel (and trust me, I’ve read A LOT of them.) This novel is one of the ones that feels most true to what might happen should we actually manage to develop highly realistic VR games in the future. I can’t wait to see where the author takes this story!
This novel is a lot like SAO. The primary difference is, that in SAO the MC only had a beta play through the first few levels and was trapped in the game as soon as it went online for the masses. The MC here has a complete playthrough and is reincarnated in the game like dungeon defence.What I like about this novel is the proactive MC, that acts instead of reacting. He knows about the problems and goes right to the roots to cut them down and doesn't wait till the sh*t hits the fan.What I don't like is, that in every odd chapter the author has to remind the Reader, that the MC is more feminine and beautiful than the girls in this novel, so he will probably stay single 'till the end (or miraculously reunite with is dead twin sister and f*ck her lights out... no - there's no ****** tag...EDIT: there is an ****** tag on NU - and I only guessed (O.O))

Reading the story is enjoyable and fun. The chapters are crafted to perfection. The author's descriptive skills really put him inside the novel. All I can say is that this novel is a masterpiece waiting for tremendous success.So, I'm going to give the work five stars!
read to chapter 27 and i just stop, it is very boring, i dont understand the hype about it, no character design and world background whatsoever...
The reactions, thoughts, and feelings of unimportant secondary and tritary characters take up 60% to 100% of every chapter. I do like that the world background is quite unique, but the author seems to only concern themselves with increasing their word count - regardless if those words are even relevant to the story they are trying to tell.As far as character design goes, nine out of every ten characters are superfluous side characters whose entire lives, goals and emotions get shoved down readers' throats.
another garbage novel with "Chinese racism" where the author wishes that all races of other nations would die to benefit Chinese people and another useless MC "who is busy collecting the meat pies falling from the sky". no creativity, no proper world build (except for saying that almost all other nations people are dead and that Chinese are great and supreme). Bunch of bull crap is what this is.

Pretty good story so far, In my opinion. Down side is that it DOES become Machine translated and not at all translated by a human. You can see this in many cases when dialog is repeated consistently, like " Bullied and Bullied ". <-- Example. Truth be told, It's not to noticeable until they talk about the power scaling and/or some cultivation techniques where the Machine translation fails horribly with those. The only other gripe I sort of have is how even the most basic chapter arcs take 4-6 chapters to get through before we move on, Conversations normally repeat themselves here and there to extend the number of " chapters " involved. In some parts, it's not bad. Adds more details to the story and world building but in some... Like casual conversation... It becomes quite the headache as it drones on and on.Otherwise, Honestly, It's pretty bearable! A great read with tons of updates. Will keep you busy and satisfied, In my opinion.
