The story is good but not well developed. The author speak during 30 chapters of a battle between side characters.And the battle isn't even important ,no body die, it's just a test.It's far too long for a battle without the main character

Too much tragedy. The story is starting after the death of his brothers and family. Then he finds his twin sisters are not dead. But while going to find them they will be killed before he reached there. Too much tragedy I can't take it. And then there is one all-knowing system and that will not give him any good answers, just being mysterious. Yet he found his sisters dead.
Okay so I need to talk about Mei Qian because WOW. The girl just looked at dead Xirong soldiers and immediately started thinking about looting. Like, most protagonists would be traumatized, but Mei Qian is over here casually rummaging through corpses like she's at a yard sale. "Ah! If I had known tonight would happen, I would have found a way to exchange for some kind of Space earlier!" — this line absolutely made me laugh out loud. She's not just practical, she's weirdly adaptable in the best way possible. But what really got me was the family dynamic. Grandma Mei is such a complex character — she initially refused to let the women and kids join the fight, which seemed cold, but then you see her gripping Mei Qian's arm so tightly during the battle, and her face darkening when they all look at her for the milk fruit decision. She's carrying so much weight as the matriarch. And that moment when she noticed Mei Qian's resourcefulness and her gaze shifted repeatedly? That's a whole mother-grandmother realization happening in silence. Mei Erhu and Mei Shitou are interesting too — they deliberately stayed behind during the fight, took the dangerous position, and came back covered in blood that turned out to be all enemy blood. The relief on the family's faces when they reappeared... I actually felt my chest loosen. And Mei Erhu's humility with Steward Chen? Smart. He knows exactly how to position their family for protection without seeming desperate. The relationship between Mei Qian and her brother is also great — they work together seamlessly, no awkward explanations needed. When he found the horse leg and she found the grain, they just... matched. Natural sibling energy.

from what I could see, this story was very good and very cool, using Fate characters was great, I would love to have other stories with Fate characters in anime I sincerely hope that this will be updated again
