She walked in between the large electronic shelving full of blinking lights one last time before she would embark on a journey to the Demonic Continent on Planet Clairsteel. Over there, the Cerebral Connector could not be linked to the main server as the distance of the two planets were too far away. Maybe, the system will be upgraded and fully established nearing the end of her term as ambassador. However, she wasn't positive about it.
Adam didn't know, however, if he was happy because the bird would be useful, or if he was happy to be a little less lonely.
When walking aimlessly, Lu Yan suddenly sees someone else looking blankly at the sky. The person that captivated him yesterday and the day before yesterday and all the day since he entered the Wing Sect.
Forced myself to read it hoping it would get better, but definitely not my cup of tea. I find it really irritating that qidian forces us to write at least 140 words in our review. I get where the are coming from, but some novels don't deserve that many words.
So now we need to pay to read the chapters? Too bad for throne of magical arcana or others novel here. This was quite a nice story but it will end here for me.
The writing quality is good, great for this sites standards, and there's nothing to complain about with the stability of updates either, I think. Honestly, the world is really interesting and I enjoy how it's all been handled. You made me want to learn more about the world and the schemes that are happening underneath, because it really feels like a world that's planned out and real instead of just randomly added things to suit the plot, but I just can't. After reading generic OP MC No. 426, I understand not liking wish-fullfilment where the MC gets everything handed to them for no reason other than they're the MC, but this is ridiculous. Over and over and over, when you think something good is finally going to happen, it once again turns into something dramatic and depressing, and it apparently stays this way until at least chapter 80, so I can't bring myself to keep reading. All I got from this was a bad mood, and it's because there's no payoff. Multiple bad things happen, and you're feeling bad for the characters, it looks like something is finally going to turn out good, only for it to somehow escalate into another depressing problem that's even worse than it used to be, especially with Ash. You really should add some tragedy and grimdark tags, because I came here looking for some wish-fullfilment isekai novel
mc too timid. What's with all these first time so wife bs. Full of water
Way to go author. I love this...interesting and intriguing. Added to library
Mediocre, a nice standard for 'average' to compare others with. It's nice that it's completed already and we don't have to wait week after week, but for the style it's in, there are lots of other novels on this site that does the job better (and lots that do it worse). The nice things about it are the occasional warm scenes and amusing characters. Although rare, the feeling of family and friends are well-appreciated. But the idiocy! The sheer, mind-blowing, soul-cringing idiocy! It's like almost all the characters in this story, even the supposedly 'intelligent' ones are competing for the Global Morons Championships! What kind of husband sits around crying about his mistakes while his wife is lying in front of him still alive but slowly dying? SAVE HER you absolute nincompoop! And all that standing around waiting for an enemy to strike first! Or worse, give them time to summon a total badass?! Or treating a death-zone as a tourism site and getting trapped!? Or worse, the gambling habits! It's like a guy, who, just after becoming a majority shareholder in a global corporation, went to a casino and bet his very life all night long! That dumb!On top of that, the whole mindset of 'might makes right' looks like a child's temper tantrum. So many times I hoped for intelligent responses and all we got was more and more reason for endless conflicts. That, and a lot of contradictions of behavior and supposed character. The westernized names, the hate for churches and all that portraying gods behaving as badly as petty spiteful children doesn't help either. What happened to the author? Got rejected by a churchy girl who wanted to save herself for marriage? Sure seems like it. The story might have done better to delve more into meaningful side-plots (like a certain sort-of-teacher involving gravity and her spunky son, or a certain sister of a city lord who could have been a love interest, or even that certain pair of lovers stuck in a really bad place for a crazy amount of time). But instead? We get more reasons for a fight scene (which while plentiful, are too focused on reasons for power than actual action. Dude. Rookie mistake. Too much telling, not enough showing.)In the end, this story feels immature, like the early works of a budding novelist. It's a good first effort, I guess? Like I said, a good standard 'average' to compare others with.
The storyline seemed promising at first glance, but it quickly devolved into a convoluted mess of clichés and predictable plot twists. The characters lacked depth and development, making it impossible

Very interesting world and characters. Would love to read more, but it seems that there have been no updates for a while. Hopefully, the author will start writing again :)
