The story develops so slow. It also is very similar to Warlock of the Magus World like Leylin, he got his school admission from a ring, he also has an AI, he is also broke and earns his money from tutoring and making potions, the setting of the school is also about dark arts, wizards were black or white depending on their alignment. Idk if it might develop differently than WoMW

After reading a couple chapters I can say it’s not bad per se but the author can work a little more on the development through chapters. Some events are split between multiple chapters and it feels weird to read the same thing again with just small details added to separate them. Basically just needs better oraganization when writing.
So far, I am on chapter 60 and I've quite enjoyed it. What has keep me invested is the various mythology elements. I love the world building so far!! Not many compliants, just a few personal very small pet peeves this story ticks. I wish there was more time given too see character interactions and general development. For example, I would really like to see more development /details into the crafting abilities the protagonist has. It's been pretty combat heavy so far and I'm just more of a slice of life reader so take that with a grain of salt :]]
