Got to chapter 13 before I dropped it, the world is simply too logically flawed.The way the MC received his upgraded powers was total rubbish. I ignored that thinking maybe story will get better.The love rivalry came off way too strong and forced in the early chapters, then the whole plot was resolved in span of 2 chaptersIn chapter 13 it mentions hot weapons like guns became obsolete as the mutated beasts adapted, yet somehow bow and arrow still works.MC is just an OP idiot in a world full of idiots
Ignore the trolls. There is a crappy anime and manga. Some watched that and got the wrong idea. This is an interesting novel that combines cultivation with magic and a modern setting. It does take a little bit to get into it. I think this story has a fun mc with a lot off good fight scenes. Are character has an advantage. Most people start off with one power and then gradually get more as they level up. He starts off with two. I like the waxia elements with the modern setting. Give it a shot.
Good story.. but the update for the latest chapter takes too long. ................ i think it will be much better if one chapter a day. If possible . Thanks.
