2. I think you misread it, I never said MC fucked the protagonist. And seeing how you are still confused, I presume ahem. ahem, you are not profound with the word NTRed.
If you are having trouble understanding read this example:

NTRed basically means your loved one being taken by someone else or you getting cuckold.
That's why readers avoid the ntr tag because they don't want an incompetent MC who can't even save his woman or love a bitch and go through bullshit development.
