Hi Author just wondering when your going to update, the book is amazing and couldn’t put it down.
At first, I found it a bit strange, but now I'm really enjoying it. I haven't read any yuri novels recently because I couldn't find anything interesting, but this one won me over. It's very easy to read!
This novel ranks among the best I've had the pleasure of reading. It would be fantastic if there were more stories like this, as both the writing and translation are exceptional. The comedy aspect earns a full 10 out of 10 from me. The only minor issue I encountered was the protagonist's yandere nature, which might be a concern for some readers. However, overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this book; it's truly outstanding.
The story is a light-hearted novel without excessive drama, where problems tend to have simple solutions. Set in a tranquil countryside with ordinary villagers, it can be rather uneventful but cozy. The dynamic between the main character (MC) and the male lead (ML) is endearing and harmonious.
What I appreciated is the MC's strong familial bonds, as he successfully steers his younger siblings onto the right path, instilling values of hard work in them. I'm hopeful that Tang Rui, too, will eventually learn the importance of diligence and find common ground with the MC.
In summary, the book is enjoyable, albeit at a slower pace.
This is an enjoyable slice-of-life tale following the MC as they journey across the seas with their merman companion, who refers to the MC as "his." The sea creatures featured are captivating to explore. If you're seeking an apocalyptic survival narrative, this isn't it; instead, it's a lighthearted read for those fond of ocean themes. The storytelling occasionally switches perspectives between ocean and land-based characters. However, I must admit to feeling slightly let down by the ending, which wraps up rather abruptly, as if it were just another day at the end of the day (184 chapters in total). It almost seems like a honeymoon retreat for the couple, complete with intimate moments (with "fade to black" descriptions).
I'm currently reading several novels, and this particular one is the one I check frequently. The protagonist being a writer instead of an overpowered individual offers a refreshing twist. However, after only 25 chapters, it's too early to determine if this trait will persist. If harem elements start to appear inadequately executed, I might revise my rating. Personally, I'm not a fan of harem stories where adding more female characters feels like a shallow plot device. For now, I'm still enjoying the narrative, but I'll reserve judgment until the content evolves.
It's a massive understatement to say that I'm infatuated with this novel - the storyline is so captivating that I find myself revisiting it every few days! THIS IS MY FAVORITE LN SO FAR! I'm in loooove with the concept, more so the development of the story. The fight parts of the plot may have long narrations, but they are minimal so it is still bearable... plus the concept is just so good so it is still perfect anw. :)
how is this a continuation of energy system when its not even completed yet?
I miss the old day wuxia novels, like those you're in a cave snd you have to dig somehow in order to get a resources or similar plot but in the sea and other thing, for the first episode its quite predictable and boring and gradually becoming interesting and moreover it does not break the flow of the plot, that way you can immerse yourself while shutting one or two braincells... But... Now... You need to completely shut your braincells before it disappears without you realising it. Truly admirable
