It was four days later when Akash's body was found near the car. The passenger side's seatbelt was open and the door was missing; Akash had managed to push Bhumi out of the car before it fell. By this time, the family had come down from Delhi to look for Akash and console Bhumi. The body was found intact and apart from a few injuries, there appeared no severe wounds. The medical opinion was that Akash died due to the impact of fall and there was nothing that could've been done to save him short of stopping the car from falling.
