Is there some goal or some good drama in the middle? Reading 200+ of just fluff might be a little boring

It shouldn’t be necessary as this novel came out first, and the prequel wasn’t written until there were already 1k+ chapters of DC out.
To anyone who reads this, OMG this is a hidden gem, im chapter 3 and the banter, world building, im loving it. Def a book written for me to enjoy.
I find it odd that someone so strong and domineering is afriad of live chickens and ducks
Don't let anyone stop you from writing what you want.
Overall a good start, the author certainly has talent. However the development would benefit from some adjustments. Sometimes following between the chapters is a bit difficult. This is something that can certainly be improved. Apart from that it is interesting. I think that this story has great potential.
