I thought it was interesting at first then after a few chapters became bored with it.At the beginning I was lead to believe that the MC was normal but later the MC was anything but normal. The Mafia that was giving MC so much trouble at the first few chapters has now became betches of the MC’s mysterious Dad.As for the MC? Personally I very much dislike this western goody tow shoes MC, not as repugnant as Japanese Beta male MC but I still dislike it nonetheless. I think that Korean novels generally has the best MC.Not the most terrible novel but for me there’s just too many logic hoops to jump through to enjoy this novel.

The name of the novel is a bit downer and doesn't do justice to its story, other than that, this is a good read for sure and not the time pass kind but a real good read. P.S.: I have read only till the first arc when I'm posting this so I might update this later
Pretty good. The way people act and talk is kinda weird, cringy at times. It’s supposed to be in modern America, yet there are people acting like there in an anime or medieval times. I also don’t like how Alex doesn’t use a weapon. The martial arts is cool, most times people just over look it and focus on magic, swords, and guns. But this is a bit over the top. Haven’t read the whole thing yet, but it’s pretty good so far.
