When I started reading, I would like to say it looked promising, but it didn't. (Things like dying in 2 hits or some crap even though he is a famed player, legendary set and the other guy has 11 pieces, says the attack can go through any defense and still gets blocked.) My biggest problem with this story is the inconsistencies. The author contradicts himself at the very least six times per chapter, and in the middle of doing so makes up new rules after he already explained the rules of what he was talking about. 'This potion has a 1% chance of success.' A couple of paragraphs down 'Because the heart and brain is smashed in, this potion has a 50% chance of success!' The author says the npc's are smart, which when he meets one for the first time they seem like actual humans, then 30 seconds later you can't think of them as anything but npc's because they turn brain dead and act on set patterns. The author says that any class can equip any items and the only thing that would happen is his load/weight would go up, which we later find out that not every class can equip any weapon, and there is various penalty's. Another thing that urks me, is that either the translator is making somethings get lost in the process or the author just doesn't like to explain things that aren't bs. Let's also not forget the fact that somehow these guilds on day one (maybe an hour into playing (generous guess)) already have player blacksmiths that made them full sets of armor. Everything in the store has outrageous costs and yet these people somehow already make over five sets of armor. What about the cost of materials, items to help craft (anvils, hammers, calipers ect), place to craft (are they just going to pound iron in the middle of the road?), or even the fact that potions apparently have a 60% chance of failure, can blacksmithing not fail or even have a chance to make inferior/trash items at the least? Oh, and said guild also went into the middle of a dangerous forest (still can't be more than 2~ hours into the game) and found a chest at the top of a tree, which the author described that you could only see a small corner sticking out.The author said there was 5 different grades of equipment, "Bronze, Silver, Sold, Dark Gold and Legendary" (The translator/editor put in 'Sold', not me. But it's obviously gold). The mc gets a gold grade equipment pretty early which I was fine with because he used his past memories to get it. The piece of equipment, however, gives as much as one level up worth of stats, and lets him float like a fair- *cough cough* feather for 10 seconds. This, to me, seems like a high end bronze to mid silver piece of equipment. What would a piece of legend gear give? 3 levels worth of stats and the ability to read minds? But the only mind you can read being your own.....In short, this novels author changes his mind more than a girl changes clothes. (TS lyrics right there.)
I like the novel
Great story and backgroundKeep it up author ☺️☺️☺️☺️
The reviews for this novel is abnormalLike seriously, a 4.9 rating? Looks very... Well rigged. Will change my review if it doesn't get deleted and once I finish reading the translated and raw
Have been following from the first book, definitely beautifully written without a doubt, the author put a lot of thought and effort into the novel. can't wait to see his sister
God this novel really is mediocre, I thought it might be one of those you read with your brain disengaged to pass time while you wait for the good stories to update. However, I can’t even do that reading this novel. Lately it seems the trend is overly cautious MCs who are willing to see people who’ve been around them and treated them well suffer because they are terrified of exposing themselves. Idk it seems the quality on Webnovel is dropping further and further. If you like MCs who are cautious then go read ‘Top Teir Providence: I cultivate secretley for 10,000 years’. Don’t waste your time on this. It seems like all these novels are either arrogant genocidal maniac or complete cowards. There is no happy medium.
The Dao of Misunderstanding is well illustrated. Nothing about Dual Cultivation for 36 chapters. It's more about understanding and acceptance. There is a lot of drama from their past. Still going well for now. I understand the story better by seeing future developments.
qw glob Danilo go to do go RV ..........
You get an MC that you don't like and he rejects system and women. The premise is decent, MC is very very very very very boring and side characters annoying and so far 1 / 4 women is decent. If the MC or side characters were interesting enough I would continue, but I fail to find a decent enemy to root for. I see no character I like apart for the secretary, which is ok. I want someone to write a villain fan fic for this where the secretary gets saved and the rest of the cast disappears. PS also the kid and her mom should be saved from a life of boredom.Character design should not be negative because of secretary and the kid and her mom.As some have said the story might get better later but I cant get past reading 70 chapters of this.
The idea of the story is great and all, but the 4 chapters doesn't work and it's kind of weird. You just get straight into the story about death and there isn't much world building or MC character background (maybe present in later chapters). Four chapters isn't enough to give readers a background of the story and garner interest. All four chapters are just depicting the execution a wealthy scum who escaped from the law. I have to say this again, kind of weird. The impression given was that the rest of the story was just going to be like this, execution scenes. Not to be offensive, but it's kind of sick, honestly, not very appetizing or happy to read about.I don't recommend people to read this story.(This review is based off of the first four chapters given)
This mad good ong.
