This novel appears to be a delightful blend of genres, combining fun, horror, comedy, romance, and gaming elements - the perfect combination for me. I'm thoroughly enjoying it up to Chapter 63 and eagerly anticipating more. The plot is straightforward so far, with the male protagonist having a mysterious, "stay away" vibe, yet he frequently finds himself drawn to the female lead (FL). It's still in its early stages, as they've only played one five-day game together and have now embarked on a new horror scenario within the game. As such, there isn't much romantic development yet, just hints at the potential for romance and plenty of thrilling, suspenseful moments.
I killed the player of the academy I would say its around the same level of writing better characters to me but sometimes hard to know where we are in the story.
I'm unsure about the rating, so I'll leave it blank; I don't want to be unfair. The beginning is quite cringe-worthy and reminiscent of Wattpad, but it's tolerable because the main character (MC) is likable from the start. It's unclear if it's the author's writing or the translation, but the cringe factor improves as the story progresses. The plot isn't deep, but it provides adequate entertainment.
Qi Qi is an adorable troublemaker I can't help but adore – he's like sunshine, making everyone around him brighter. Though his overpowered nature might bother others, it suits my preference for wanting him to stay happy. The male lead (ML) is average but has a presence, though his character could use more development. The supporting characters, especially the Bai family, are delightful and entertaining, with the ML inheriting traits from his uncle. I'm glad to see the wrongdoers punished.
A spoiler follows:
Frank is a sweet contrast to his brothers; his upbringing away from them due to his father's issues sets him apart. Qi Qi takes care of Frank, but ML accepts it without jealousy, appreciating his younger sibling's innocence.
One of the highlights is the well-written wedding chapter, which stands out from others for its detailed description despite its brevity. Overall, the story improves significantly after the initial chapters. I would have liked more content and a less melancholic ending.
Is the mc evil or it's in the title just for show?

Fair enough, I liked the first half but yeah I agree the second half was trash. Pacing was slow at first and i liked it but then author did that timeskip and just decided to start throwing power ups at the mc and speedrun the ending. Still tho, I liked the first half a lot so I am a bit biased.
I almost gave up but THANK YOU for continuing this fab novel author. Though at this point I have forgotten what happened so I'll have to read it again.
gets very repetitive. Also MC thoesnt really interact with any side characters and if he does it never progress into anything.
The concept is interesting but its mild overall due to that. Would advise to read if u have nothing to do and drop the moment u get bored
Should i read it ?? I miss crying when reading ..
I'm 24 chapters in and I'm still not sure. I hope not, but us brave explorers find many strange things in our travels in the vast untamed darkness of the void.
The title of this book did NOT draw me in, but I adore this story. Good story, surprising, and funny. Unexpectedly enjoyable. Give it ago. You will be entertained. Also, Davi is adorable.
