An MC who knows what he has to do and has a clear goal. The road he has to walk is long and burdensome. But every step he has to walk is essential for his goal. And I like it.Thanks for your patience and time, dear author.
I really had high hopes for this because Er Gen. Sadly they were misplaced.It seems that even the mighty Er Gen can't prevent himself from falling into the same old tropes, really disheartening to be honest. 10 chapters in and the MC finds his plotarmor, some qi refinement technique or some such thing.Then immediately after "finding out its name". Er Gen launches into multiple paragraphs explaining all this technical **** about this technique. The only probem is, THE MC HAS ONLY FIGURED OUT IT'S NAME, SO WHERE IS THIS FUCKING INFORMATION COMING FROM!?

Story started out interesting and detailed. Later, I felt the quality of the novel and character development dropped. It’s one thing if a MC were to acknowledge himself as straight-up ruthless or have a good reason for being so, but the MC acts like a hypocrite... I noticed lots of discrepancies between the MC’s supposedly good karma/intentions/nature and his recent illogical/pointless/horrible actions. For example, the MC proclaims not wanting to steal from other innocent cultivators like a bandit. Shortly after, his group decides to use a couple dozen innocent cultivators as fodder against a supposedly “strong” spider monster; his group even deliberately blocks the exit, murders the innocents (for whatever justified reason that my logical brain is unable to fathom) as the innocents attempt to escape, or simply watch the innocents die to the spider while they beg the MC to let them go. The MC even avoids culpability in the matter by blaming the spider while somehow having the nerve to act justified and righteous. Soon, I started cringing and feeling a little disgusted when trying to read chapters. Things just don’t add up or flow.
It's readable. In between Op and Normal citizen. The ML plays his role to survive; he has the brains to know when and where to show off. Also, his system isn't just popping out rewards; he has to work for his points, and then it also depends on the situation of his work. I E if the weapon he himself crafted gets a kill. To some, it may seem like he is a pushover slave, but if you read the story correctly without skipping over things. You will see he isn't op as of yet, and his workplace is the military. Death would come easily if he acted out.
The writer sounds like he knows the general storyline already, because the synopsis is basically begin>early>mid>late part of the story, or it all happens early xDeither way i'm excited for it, hope it gets picked. but it won't, they never do :(

This book is honestly great. There are many books with 18+ but no plot.. but this one has a good plot and also 18+. This is quite interesting seeing cultivators in the modern world and stuff... and the origin of the MC is also very mysterious. He has the top physique in the world and imo he uses it greatly. He is definitely not a simp or petty as other MCs out there and his character is very likable from the start. Perfect combo of action, cultivation, romance, a slice of life, and quite mystery with some comedy. This book is worth spending money on!Throughout the Heaven and Earth I alone am the Honoured One!!Nah I'd win!
