I ate a bag of Doritos while writing this. N b.
Quality drops after chaptrer 40, plus alot of filler that becomes nauseating to read. Before chapter 41 its still a decent read though. A decisive main character with some grounded logic, while also having some refreshing wit. Its a fun read, too bad the translation and story development drop considerably.
very good book.you should also check out author'sother books
As of this review, I have read up to chapter 102. Thus far, the story has been phenomenal. No complaints here.I thoroughly enjoy the methodical approach when it comes to explaining the backstory. The pacing sits very comfortably between unbearably slow to the point that everyone forgot (ex. Hey guys, remember this small detail about 350 chapters ago? Martial God Asura, I’m looking at you...) and way too fast to where the backstory feels like an integral parallel format of the novel. Very well done.My one and only HUGE gripe about this work is the grammar and spelling issues. They are not too common, but just plentiful enough to make you reread portions of a chapter. Big no no.4.4 / 5Keep up the great work, author-san.
Initially I thought it would be a good story Bad MC which is a rare thing which is ironic with the fact that there are thousands of Novels with MC who cultivate demonic abilities... But going back to the novel as I said I thought it would be a good novel I only read 16 chapters but this already showed that it is not worth continuing the MC despite being a Samurai acts like a child he is simply too impulsive but the biggest problem for me was the author of the novel that why he contradicts himself Example: In a chapter the MC himself says that msm if he reached the same level as the guy he offended he wouldn't be sure he would win the fight for that reason he poisoned him to slow down his cultivation progress a bit (That was the thing I liked the most in this novel) but some cap the MC simply beats him...So I decided to drop it
Good Read.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
where ca i find more novels where mc has simillar powers
Novel starts off ok but the fact it goes premium so quickly stops you from getting a feel for it so I’m out as I do not know if it is worth spending money on
When I first read this, the thing that instantly popped into my mind was [I really am a superstar]. I enjoyed it in the beginning as I didn’t really have much expectations, however, the story just got blander and blander.Pace is a little too fast for me, to be more specific, I personally feel that the MC is going through too much knowledge way too fast. And each one of the skills he gets is annoyingly bad or unserious. While it may be cool to speak to dogs, cook addicting food, read a person’s fate, in the end, I don’t really see the direction this story wants to go. Other than the overly stated ‘become the great master Lin’. I mean, what does the MC get out of it?In the beginning, he is poor and in business city ShangHai. But by by the time I read a few chapters in, it’s like he just wants to be lazy and not work, pushing it off on reasons such as ‘I don’t care about fame nor fortune’.The side characters other are 2D. Other than their intro chapters where we barely get to know them, they just become the cheerleaders, knowledge providers, or little brother collection pieces...Now for those who don’t like IRAS, I’m not saying it’s the best novel in the world, but at least compared to Lin Fan, Zhang Ye actually has a goal! It may get side tracked or put aside for some faceslaping/romance, but the ultimate end goal is still to become a world famous celebrity (perhaps even the number one). One other point is that all the antagonists or ‘cannon fodder’ characters all had their IQs lowered to make the MC look smarter. An example: News report: Cloud street has 200% sales increase since MC moved in.Realtor A: let’s increase everyone’s rental fees the second time this year by 100%! That’s a smart move, the shop owners definitely won’t riot...MC + party: We resist! If you don’t take it back, we will leave this place!Realtor A + Company: let them move, it’s not like MC is the reason for the sales increase....#please look at the news report!!!In the end, I’m not saying people absolutely won’t enjoy this, but I was most certainly unsatisfied with it’s presentation.
