We have been waiting for almost 2 months for an update. No response, no explanation. I feel like I wasted my gems in this author.
This is my second review as my first was not favorable solely based on the cliffhanger with no news of a follow up. After messaging with the author, a sequel is in the works and I can’t wait for it. The 4 stars is for the lack of info in a sequel as well as the way it ended.

This story is really interesting and worth reading.
No kind of romance whether dark or not should involve beating & raping of a women. Violence against women in the name of \\"dark romance\\" is unacceptable. It really disgusts me when people specially women go crazy for those rapists Male lead. Pathetic.
I am really enjoying this book. It is well written and there is so much going on. looking forward to reading more.
