I've read quite a few evolution novels, but this one has a cool feel to it. A mix of comedy and jungle survival. It makes me feel like I'm watching a higher stakes survival reality show. The dangerous scenes feel actually dangerous, and the pacing of the novel as of now feels good. Five stars.

Some of the arcs were very engaging and refreshing. Lin Dan's personality is uniquely hardworking. Additionally, I appreciated that she doesn’t conform to typical stereotypes and does things her own way.
A few arcs were a bit boring and felt stretched out, but overall, it was a good read.
Honestly, after reading the previous review, I had no intention of picking up the novel, but now that I've started... I'm unsure if I'll continue or quit halfway through, and I'm leaning more towards the latter.
From the very beginning, it's clear that I don't have any liking for the female lead (FL). In fact, I might say I despise her. Even if she could potentially become an incredible person, her actions right from the start are utterly unacceptable to me. The original female lead (OFL) might have had flaws, but she wasn't a villain – it's the male lead (ML) and his family who deserve the blame. OFL being kidnapped and sold is not their fault, but keeping her as a child bride is where their moral compass lost its way. They might have had legitimate reasons for not providing her with education due to poverty, but the ML marrying and then abandoning OFL is unforgivable. It was his family's decision to wed her, not hers; he could have run away if he couldn't handle her. Knowing she was lazy and贪婪, he couldn't have been coerced into the marriage.
The FL, coming from the future, seems to place the blame solely on OFL for everything that happens, without considering that at most, OFL might be responsible for 10% of the issues, while 90% should be attributed to the ML and his family, who are equally, if not more, deserving of criticism.
The slightest trauma or tragedy sends my thoughts spiraling into chaos. Truth be told, if the depiction of the distressing scene were even more vivid, I might struggle to continue reading. I appreciate the author's choice of words, as it always prompts me to learn more about the world's expressions.
This book stands out from the rest, intertwining pain and hope in a unique way. It beautifully portrays human resilience in the face of adversity, how individuals exploit others during their weakest moments. I find it fascinating how the protagonist's backstory is revealed, and the ML serves as a beacon of hope for all. The ending leaves me intrigued about what happened to the ML, but it concludes on a happy note. The upcoming parts promise to shed light on the omega community's rights as equal humans.
Though it has its merits, I've decided to stop. Most of what I wanted to express has been covered in previous reviews. The pace is sluggish, and it fails to live up to the billing as a romantic tale. The plot initially intrigued with its mysteries and futuristic setting, but unfortunately, it lacked depth and coherence. The storytelling felt平淡, marred by inconsistencies and underdeveloped characters. The author seemed to lavish more attention on world-building than fleshing out the characters, which became quite frustrating.
