My god the comments are old but gold
Thanks to you I didn't waste my time?
ok, I read very fast and now I find myself desolate because I don't have more chapters of this great story
I didn't start the novel yet, but Lin Fan?!?!?!
After reading The Strongest System, this seems like an interesting story. I'll keep it in mind
Just go and read it man, I've read this novel like 3 times already together with its sequel. And its just amazing. Probably one of the best murim novels out there.
bruh did you read it atleast
Pretty good
I really enjoy some of the author's works, especially those that delve into metaphysics and Chinese mythology. These works are quite challenging to translate, but I'm still hopeful that there's a translator out there with the time and skills to take on the task. It would be such a shame for these great stories to remain untranslated.
The stories are really comedic and fun! I hope they get translated soon. I'm eager to read them!
Highly recommended! Prepare for an immersive reading experience!
This novel is a rollercoaster ride, defying the less-than-ideal translation to deliver a captivating tale. The plot is nothing short of exceptional; every detail is meticulously woven into the story, ensuring that every mention of an event or arc pays off in later chapters. From school events to the MC's gaming adventures, these seemingly minor elements contribute significantly to the overall narrative.
What sets this book apart is its deliberate pacing, allowing readers to analyze the subtle clues and form theories about upcoming chapters. The depth of the plot encourages active engagement and keeps you eagerly awaiting the next installment. Characters are diverse and well-developed, each with their unique backstory and personalities, making it easy to remember them, whether as supporting or main characters.
Even minor characters play crucial roles, contributing to character growth and plot progression. Relationships between characters are intricate, driving the story forward while maintaining a balance and relevance to every character. Even frustrating characters undergo transformation, showcasing their complexity.
The protagonist is commendable, with a clear motivation and relatable personality. He isn't invincible, relying on teamwork and strategic thinking. His emotions and compassion for others add depth to his character.
Villains are formidable, not one-dimensional, with their motivations, goals, and relationships adding layers to their actions. They are formidable opponents, forcing the protagonist to adapt and strategize.
While slower-paced chapters focusing on everyday life may seem mundane, they serve a purpose – building connections, providing context, and setting the stage for the bigger events to come. They offer moments of relaxation and introspection before the action intensifies.
Romantic elements are present but not overwhelming, catering to fans of character pairings without detracting from the main plot. Sibling, family, and friendship dynamics shine, offering a heartwarming touch.
Longer chapters aren't a hindrance; they serve as a narrative tool, enriching the world-building and character development. If you ever feel the story slows down, exploring spoilers or theories can reignite your interest.
In conclusion, this novel is perfect for those seeking a balanced mix of well-crafted characters, a thoughtful plot, and a touch of romance without being overbearing. Give it a chance despite the initial translation issues – you might find yourself addicted to the storylines and eager for more.
The storyline was intriguing, but I found the portrayal of the characters rather annoying. It seemed to revolve more around the emotional dynamics of the female characters, which didn't align with the protagonist-centric theme suggested by the title. Constant misunderstandings occurred, some amusing, others exasperating. Communication breakdown was prevalent, both between the main character and supporting characters, who appeared clueless about expressing themselves and empathizing with others' feelings. The FL (Female Lead) struggled with communication too. Additionally, the inclusion of a manipulative prince grated on my nerves.
The pacing of the plot felt sluggish, and excessive foreshadowing for future events only served to heighten my frustration. In conclusion, I've had enough of this.
When i saw the title it caught my interest but I was hoping while reading the summary that the mc didn't reincarnate to a always used concept of reincarnated to a body of "dumb good for nothing lady". I'm just already fed up with that kind of concept. I'm not hating it, it just tiring. ?
