The beginning is good a unique story with a good mc from all aspects
The rate is going to drop bcz of three things
First there's harem but not an official harem (almost 5 girls loves him but he don't bcz he thinks he don't deserve it)
Second the story itself is trash . You see this kind of storys that deal with Dimensions, time and worlds need the exists of (gods) it's just smth that has to be (peak of the world) but it's not
Third is the mc
Hes personality was so good he was dying like a dog in the hospital and then he got a chance to change everything and he was doing it but as the Story progress he becomes An emotional, vulgar fool who makes stupid mistakes for stupid reasons
