This was a great book! It had a great storyline and the sequel The Return was absolutely amazing too!

It's a good thing I gave it a chance. I read a review here after scrolling that made me lower my expectations for this, but thanks to that, it was as immersive as it could be because the story is good! It was surely an easy read, and what I really like about it is that the system is almost non-existent but was also part of the core of the story.
The gradual development of both the main character (MC) and the love interest (ML) is so natural, although some might feel uncomfortable with how Shao Ming takes advantage of our Tongtong. But setting aside real-life principles, I can totally understand Zhu Tong's dependence on Shao Ming. I do feel that Xia Weiyi's presence in the book is a bit overshadowed. He didn’t have enough screen time in what could have been his significant role in the novel. That part was a bit underwhelming for me.
SHAO MING'S REAL IDENTITY, THOUGH! THAT WAS SUCH A SURPRISING TWIST! Totally didn't see that coming.
Eh I like cold, ruthless or apathetic MCs but I can’t just relate with an Ai, because there’s nothing to relate with there.
At least the cold MCs, something happened for them to be that way, but ai is just ai so I don’t know if I can read this

easily the best novel i've ever read, read up until chapter 582 a long time ago when 582 was the latest chapter and have been waiting since for more chapters to pile up before i read this from the start again.
there's just so much quality content here that those 582 chapters felt like 1000+.
don't mind the misleading tags and just read it.

This is one of the scarce mecha novels, how much more its even a female protagonist. I still remember the blood boiling fights! ? Sigh... this is one of the best mecha novels in my opinion
