If you want to maintain your sanity do NOT read this novel. It is a 6/10 on a good day and I will stand by that forever. The mc xiao luo is so arrogant that I can't even describe it in words and don't even get me started on the god awful power scaling towards the end of the novel. His system also becomes pretty much useless 75% into the novel. I'm 10 chapters away from the end but it's so bad I don't think I'll ever finish this.

An amazing story that flows really well and the plot is really interesting! It's very different from the other stories I've read and has made me eager/excited to read the next chapters ((:

I endured this novel for so long in the hope that mc would evolve and become more bearable...no result ...it only gets worse, like the whole novel over the volumes
the story ended up becoming an apology for China, with contempt and racism for everything that is not Chinese.
it would be best to start from ch1, since a lot of details were different in anime compared to the novel
