I am uncertain how to rate this novel.On one hand it has quite a few interesting characters, a few interesting concepts and is written in a very entertaining way.On the other hand there are quite a few logical errors, which are necessary for the plot, but could potentially lead to problems and inconsistencies later on. 20 Chapters are not enough to judge this book. In general this is a novel in which the transmigrator has reach a very high level, but is totally unaware of this fact because he lacks the common sense and basic understanding of the Cultivation world. The MC is so OP that his 3 common animal pets are already the strongest around, but they do not know it either because they have no inheritance or bloodline of any kind. It is basically a feed back loop of 4 fools, strengthening each others misconceptions. All in all, a fun read with potential, but not enough to justify spending money so far.
I just started reading this book. Not going to lie, had no expectations at the beginning and was really confused by the female protagonist tag. But this is so adorable and hilarious. ????Zhang Zian is the best. If he wasn't so shameless, I would worship him as master. Just kidding. *nervously looking around* Goddess Xinghe, Master Gu Ruoyun, and Amazing Lin Sanjiu! Don't kill me! ?But I give this book a 9/10! (Shameless manager Zhang Xian! That negative one point is because of you.) I just love the storyline and especially the cats. Xinghai, our amazing Luckycat, Fina, our majestic queen, and Old Time Tea, my favorite! ?????(I don't know if this counts as a spoiler. If it does, I formally apologize to anyone reading this) So, basically I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves animals or comedy, especially lonely, single dogs (Woof! Points at myself ??). Who needs love these days! ???Let us enjoy a book, laugh, admire kitties, and eat chocolate instead! ?

I love the story as well the world background..the characters are also very good..but the stability of updating is not that much high....plz at least give us 4ch / week...
This is one of the worst stories I've ever started to read. The idea of returning back in time and make changes while not new is at least one not so overused like isekai. Nevertheless what could become an interesting story is ruined by bad grammar and bad characters. The story is almost unreadable, I mean if you publish a story, at least use free programs like Grammarly which would make the story at least readable. This is worse then a MTL chinese novel and that means something. While the idea of bringing new developments into ancient times is good, you need to show how that happens. But in this story there is this 5 year old boy who asks his parents for beetroots on day one and on day two has produced sugar and alcohol. I mean how? It's not how that works. It should at least be believable.
There's something deeply symbolic about the entire dress confrontation scene that I can't stop thinking about. A dress. That's what sets off the explosion between Lin Xiran's new life and her old family. Not a life-or-death situation, not a grand betrayal — a piece of clothing. But think about what that dress represents. It's something desired, something that could transform appearance, something that costs money. Lin Shiyue wants it because she wants to look powerful and mature, dressing up like an adult in makeup that doesn't suit her age. Meanwhile Lin Xiran tries it on and the shopping guide and everyone else are stunned — she was MADE for that dress. The universe itself seems to be saying: this is who you are now. The name "Lin Xiran" itself is interesting. She's sharing a surname with people who have treated her like garbage her entire life, and yet she's the one who actually has substance. The stepsister is literally named Shiyue (something like "real moon" or possibly a play on words) while Xiran means something like "calm like water" — and isn't that exactly what she's becoming? Still, grounded, but with depth underneath. Money is another recurring symbol. Three million yuan walked away from Lin Xiran. Now she's asking for 100,000 in compensation and her stepmother calls it extortion. The family has wealth but no morality. Lin Xiran has nothing but dignity. The author keeps putting these two value systems in direct collision and the sparks are electric. And the clothing store setting itself — a place of transformation, of trying on different versions of yourself. Lin Xiran walks out of the fitting room and everyone stops. She's literally becoming someone new, and the old world is reacting to it.
