Writing is confusing so far. The plot isn't, it's been overdone, storytelling lacks finesse, needs some editing. It appears there will be two stories, the MFC and her brother's story. I don't care for multiple stories in one book. Write one, then a separate book for the other. Only read to chapter 7

The story was all over the place. There were a ton of time gaps, and it feels like there are missing chapters. I couldn't keep track of what was going on half the time. Story needs a good edit.
