If you haven't read Emperor's Domination, I'd say to give it a shot. The lore behind it is actually pretty interesting.
I'd say just take most of the side cast as 1 shot drop charas tho. Because they are forgotten and left behind quite easily. (it is explained the MC is used to being alone/standing at the Apex is lonely.
I myself have only read up to 2.4k, i usually read a thousand or so chapters then drop and come back. Its like candy almost.

But they should afford good gaurds not rabble?He said that when the attack came it was level 50-80 monsters while highest players where 40 by that time and the country fell. Shouldn't Noble guards atöwast be 20-30+

I only tested the waters with the free chapters. The first three about The Song of Yarra was a little confusing, but I think I understand its importance in the novel (maybe). Honestly though, I have no idea who the MC is. The story seems to take place in a magical world where all sorts of people and races coexist. There are dungeons with ecosystems of their own. I don't know if the novel will continue Nellie's Adventure Group's journey or switch. But Pannis is an interesting character. I'd continue reading about him because he's basically a jack of all trades. And nobody questions about that. He has no set skills yet has all the skills??? Test the novel yourself, there are 18 free chapters.
