Very good story, but the guy who wrote it is horrible at math, so just ignore any math mistakes.
The character design is good. The start did not hook me up and there were lots of 'said' words that could have been avoided.But the plot is good and the cover is also very likable.looking forward to the next update
There are no adverse enemies introduced in the novel, I have read until chapter 20 and the ones that oppose the prince barely do anything to move the plot and make it inticing, it is a very bland novel with a Gary Stu protagonist
I have read over 50+ chapters and I can say I am highly disappointed with the main character I understand coming from a abandoned planet not knowing social norms or morals or anything like that but he has had other human count encounters such as in the virtual world and with his adopted father so why after so long does he still treat everybody as a threat before he even assesses the situation his first reaction is to attack first so as to our main characters intelligence there's not much I can say highly about it yeah he has a decent amount of book-smart but for all intents and purposes he's an animal I say that because he reacts the same way a feral animal would he doesn't judge the situation he attacks first doesn't care what he kills who or he kills even if the person's helping him so after saying all that I have to say review for this novel is extremely low because he's not a character that I can bring myself to care about in fact while reading it I'm hoping that there's somebody that comes around that'll beat the living hell out of him instead of hopeing for him to win fights I'm cheering on his enemies just because of the fact that he treats everybody as an enemy even the people that he shouldn't be I wouldn't have so much of a problem if he actually showed any kind of initiative to learn about people or Society and actually tried to learn how to interact with people but he's been around people for months now with no change at all not even at the smallest level
TLDR: Read it or I will find you.Ive never written a review before of a more developed book before and at this point ive read thousands of series novel or graphic novel. I can confidently say while this isnt an issth it certainly can be and has the setup to touch that level of excellence. Anyways with that out of the way hopefully youll take this seriously and just take my word for it but if you need more then here we goWriting Quality: The writing quality of this novel is borderline perfect. The pacing is perfect, expression of both visual and non visual, tangible and the non tangible, is perfect. I have absolute no issues understanding at any given point what is happening in the novel and I will always have a clear image and feeling to accompany it. The grammar is also near perfect I know ive seen a typo before on this novel but its been awhile and it only happened once or twice so that should speak for itself.Updating Stability: Since ive started reading this book which was around 140 chapters ish. The release schedule has always been 2 chapters a day and to be honest I have no clue how the author does it but I wont focus on that lol. Even when the author had to take a break because they broke both their wrists and still managed to type a couple chapters during the break is just pure insanity and I cant respect them enough for it. The care and perseverance the author has is clear and leaves room for no doubt.Story Development: As ive said already the pacing is perfect but aside from that the development of the story is just amazing to see. Everything unfolds as if im actually there nothing ever being too much or too little. The ideas and plot that are created and shown throughout the novel so far has been incredible and over almost 400 chapters now has never left me bored and ive always been looking forward to whats next. Always keep in mind though that the nothing is at it seems and no character or place has security here.Character Development: I can confidently say this is the authors strongest ability in writing. The ability to artistically and flawlessly depict the ups and downs to the extremes on both ends of a characters mentality and being able to change over and over again without feeling like a different character or having stagnant development character wise but never feeling truly the same. Every character written here feels like you could plop them into real life and id never mnow the difference if I only judged them from the personality stance and not that most if not all of them could kill me in at least a dozen ways outside of realistic means. As a last note all the characters that are special anyways have a uniqueness to them that seperates them clearly but also links them in way, almost like he created his own culture within the book but never explaines the majority of it and simply had them act according to how they would act in given culture.World Background: At 300 something chapters we still dont know hardly anything about the full world we only have One extreme over another. What I can say is that the setting in all stages of the book so far have been established perfectly and what details we do know about the world has never been shown through a horrific wall of text that induces hatred of all things like a lot of web novels do. Anyways to wrap things up this is an incredible novel and if it wasnt for the 300 something chapters I would say its at the quality of anything beyond your normal web novel and truly feels like a novel written by a proffesional, experienced, skilled, and highly creative author. P,S, Once again this is my first review ever and I dont know a whole about literaure an writing from an acedemic stand point so you can take what I say for a grain of salt ignoring my experience in reading these kinds of things. And if the author ever see’s this I highly reccomend you read the Young Elites series it has a similar feel and is also very very high in quality. Also please bring more of the crazy exploding fire guy I miss him already (dont worry what I said was not a spoiler) Thanks for reading :)
I started this book as a third book to keep me occupied while my other books updated.Boy am I glad I started reading this! it's got a somewhat generic beginning, however it quickly becomes something more.The author is doing an amazing job with world building and character development so far and the author is open to suggestion. There are twists and turns that make this book really enjoyable and I like reading this much more than my other books currently. This would be a perfect 5 out of 5 except for one minor thing that happens in the middle of the book but it's literally only one chapter and I'm very glad that I kept reading.
After I read one part, it really gets hooked me to read the other part to the end.
I need to be honest with you guys—the scene with Yan Xiao and Dr. Ling Huaqing genuinely got to me. Not the action parts, not the drama, but this quiet moment where the old doctor thinks about his own deceased wife and looks at Yan Xiao's desperation and just... feels it. 'Ah, all pitiful people...' That one line. That's the entire emotional core of the chapter right there. Two people, separated by status and circumstance, both holding onto someone they can't afford to lose. Yan Xiao offering 'no matter how many ginseng roots you want'—he's not thinking about money, he's not thinking practically. He's offering everything because she's everything. And then Wen Qinghe's emotional arc is its own kind of devastating. She's been trapped in another body, living someone else's life, and now she has 23 hours to prepare for a world she knows nothing about. The original host's unfulfilled wish weighs on her. She sighs and says she'll adapt. But that sigh—'Wen Qinghe sighed softly. Forget it, she would adapt as she went.'—there's a resignation in that that's heartbreaking. She's accepting a mission that isn't even hers. The romantic tension between Yan Xiao and the sick girl is clearly building. He's obsessed, devoted, willing to move mountains. She's unconscious through most of this chapter which is both frustrating and perfect because it means all his emotion is unrequited in the moment. When she wakes up, the dynamic is going to shift and I am NOT ready.
Loved it!! Lots of hard topics are dealt with. They do get their happily ever after.
