As of writing, I've read up to Chapter 479 of the machine-translated version. I'm glad someone picked it up, despite the slow start. Although it's currently only on Chapter 4, it's been quite entertaining. Let me give you a brief summary, with some spoilers:

However, there's a daily cooldown for resurrection, and attempting suicide won't work – it'd be marked as suicide and he wouldn't come back. The story starts with our protagonist, Rio, reborn into a different world, followed by an Isekai theme in the final anime episode. According to the free chapters available in Volume 22, Rio becomes one of the most powerful beings, transcending human capabilities and even matching god-like powers. Rio's first love, Miharu (also known as Mii-chan), is revealed to be a reincarnation of a god herself. Rio has lived three lives so far, starting as a Dragon god with the power of destruction in his first life, then becoming Haruto and finally Rio after a series of events.
Miharu's past lives are similarly fantastical, with her first life being a Transcendental being capable of predicting the future (she was named Lina before becoming Miharu). The plot takes an interesting turn when Celia, their beloved teacher, is suspected to be a homunculus – a creation – of Lina's disciple, as mentioned by Rio's disciple, Sora.
Aisha remains Aisha, but she also becomes a Transcendental being, still bound to Rio's spirit contract. The complexity of the story has me considering purchasing the entire series, but alas, I don't have the funds for 22 volumes (?).
As of now, there are 22 volumes, and who knows how many more may come. I'm hoping the author has a long life to complete this epic series, given the abundance of fantasy elements that make it intricate.

I have read good doujinshi, but this isn't one of them. As a Touhou fan, I'll have to let you know that doujinshi are a part of my daily life. While the author wrote this for fun and it shouldn't be taken seriously, I have to say, this is an insult to Genshin.
Author never abandoned it luckily. He just paused to focus on his other works awhile back. I’m guessing he is working on this a bit. Cannot wait to read
