this is so good from the beginning..I'm hooked
Emotional writing this 5 star review! crying happy tears the things this couple went through to get to where they did at the end is well worth the read! Beautifully written!
After reading the prologue, I give this a 5-star rating. The author has successfully got my attention, albeit werewolves' stories are not my cup of tea. I can feel the love for the family of a father whose duty is to protect them all cost. Kudos!
When do we get new chapter
Nice storyline
this book is awesome. writing is executed in a thrilling way
Did I say how much I love this book yet? More please
"Could you open the window a little?" Guo Jingyi asked, and from that moment, Lü Beichu was gone. Forever. Replaced by this wide-eyed boy who couldn't stop staring at her. I need to talk about this train ride because the emotional atmosphere in that carriage is absolutely electric. You've got five strangers crammed into a space that smells like feet and vomit, and somehow it becomes the most romantic setting imaginable. The author doesn't even try to hide it—Lü Beichu's internal monologue is basically a siren going off the second Guo Jingyi sits down. "It was love at first sight. From the moment Guo Jingyi appeared, Lü Beichu hadn't taken his eyes off her." But here's what actually broke me: the motion sickness scene. Guo Jingyi comes back from the restroom looking terrible—"her face was pale, her eyelashes and eyes wet from crying." And Lü Beichu? He can't follow her into the restroom but he's pacing outside like a worried golden retriever. Meanwhile Zhao Heping also gets sick, but nobody's hovering over him. The contrast is almost painful. He's the nice guy who gets vomit and silence while his rival gets tears and devotion. And then—the oranges. Lü Beichu buys two immediately without hesitation. Offers one to Guo Jingyi before even looking at Zhao Heping. Zhao Heping sighs silently. Just... sighs. There's something so quietly devastating about a character who knows he's last and accepts it anyway. This is going to hurt so much when the plot catches up to them, isn't it?
Really enjoying this one. The male lead is not abusive and is actually a decent and caring guy. The female lead is endearing and strong.
their personalities mesh so well together. Just the right amount of misunderstanding and drama.
If Nigel goes on with his plan. It’s gonna be war with me and him for real real.
Your blurb is giving. it's going to be an interesting read
