I get you, but remember its a novel first and foremost. The story should be prioritised in any novel regardless of it's genre.

The racism is strong with this one… otherwise it’s an interesting idea and overall enjoyable… just so much racism distracts from the story…
Mediocre. It's almost bad with just descriptions and considering this is a cooking movel where descriptions are the most important thing (so you can imagine the food and scenes better) this is incredibly lacking. I'll continue till chapter 100 and if it doesn't get much better this is going to the drop pile.
Now on chapter 23 :
Good story until now,kind of normal plots we see everytime poor MC who works hard, lost his father , has a little sister and mother in family. Something unexpected and unfortunat thing happens and at the time whenhe was at his low. ENTERS THE SYSTEM. but the system in this novel is different rather tham all system we see.The system in this novel I LIKE IT, ITSNEW NOT LIKE EVERY OTHER SYSTEM.(THANKS AUTHOR). Until chapter 23 it's all good , novel has good pace, MC is not dumb stupid and brain dead. No FML until now.
From what iVe read until now. I would say try this itsgood novel, if you like system novel , weak to strong, and MC who uses his brain and gets smart as novel progress. ?
