I doubt 99% of Chinese novels are written by AI
Very well written beast taming story. OP as usual but I really enjoyed it. I hope it gets picked.
Another novel from one of my favourite authors~!!
If you're afraid of spoilers just go read the book before continuing, not my problem.
I've read IHS and I'm loving it, and sensei said PADS gonna be in same timeline and universe, so I'm hoping for some great mystery revelations, and even moar mind boggling mysteries (I'm not dat smart so I'll just try to keep my theories to myself).
I've read first chapter and loved it, it has mixed elements of past and future.
If you haven't read it yet, Go read rn!!
Daily Life of the Immortal King is a unique and engaging novel in several respects. While set in a world where technology and cultivation work hand-in-hand, its modern-day setting is something that readers can relate to. At the same time, it’s replete with popular culture references and memes and buzzwords that are like Easter Eggs to delight anyone who recognizes them. But the more you read, the more you’ll realise how the novel stands on its merits. It starts off as a slice-of-life that evolves into a quick-paced plot as more and more characters are introduced and the protagonist becomes unwittingly and reluctantly drawn in.
Also, by now you can probably tell that this novel is just ridiculously funny. You will giggle at some of the in-jokes, and laugh out loud at some of the absurd plot twists. It touches on familiar, popular trends like live-streaming and online gaming, and use them to amusing effect in this novel.
The super MC himself is hilarious in how he tries to live a low-key life and keep his powers under wra**. But circumstances and other characters conspire against him. And the cast of characters are a real mixed bunch; from the MC’s long-suffering parents to Great Death-Courting Senior and his sense of justice to Odd Zhuo and his ineffable luck, there is always something to love (or love to hate!) about the characters. Also given how more and more characters start to show up, the translators have decided to stick with name translations that will be easier to remember and which in most cases reflect the characters’ personalities themselves.
hi there have you been able the same way about the may have been the same way

it seem not bad at first when you read the 40 chapter but just a head it become all hail china extermination of the island country (yeah like always) other country are pictured as extremely malycious (you didn't even see a move from the other country...) china is the best and other country get destroyed by the true awakening of spirit energy but it's nothing much they can kill the beast with there missile and gun and other country cannot... (lol) so whole world got destroyed
can't even begin to explain lost interest after the first 5 chapters can't have male pets due to them being too handsome only female pets like the Arthur is a horn teen
WHEN R U COMING BACK I LOVE THIS BOOK AND WANT TO KEEP READING IT!!!!
A very good read so far(im around c 80). A good idea for the story, don t remember any translation or typing errors, there are not any females so far wich is good, the biggest plus is that main character is not made stupid and forcfully unaware of his impact. Strongly recommend.
Honestly this novel is good and funny but this paywall is getting more ridiculous than the MC himself. I mean ok you have 2-4 chapter locked it's fine but this novel have FIFTY FUCKIN CHAPTER locked atm and this number keep growing. Last week i think it was 30 or 40 something but right now, for every "FREE" chapter you get 3-4 locked. The fact that more and more novel use this system mean that no matter if you are level 1 or 5 you will have Spirit Stone for 1 novel and the others well 1 month for 4 chapter doesn't sound really good.
Really a meh story, since the system got upgraded the story has become a list. First of all the mc is not the mc ( since the start of the book the mc was interesting only in the first 40 chapter after that the mc only stays at home with literally no adventures) at first it was ok because we could still read the adventures of the "human tools" but after the system got upgraded we only have a list and no story or background example:
human tool 1: stays in a cave for 20000 years and cultivates to soul formation then dies. reward for the mc one upgrade in cultivation.
That's literally the story. like That's it you have no adventure no background explanation. no enemies you are just told that they stay in a cave cultivate for Thousands of years and the mc gets super rewarded.
However cultivation levels stop making sense, the mc advances super fast and the author dosen't bother to explain what each level does, you are just told that the mc is super strong and every 2 chapters the name of his cultivation level changes but again you will never be explained what it does. so to you it's all the same.
All in all it started good and ended in shi*
