at first glance it look like a good novel with lots of potential.But this novel is very shallow and the characters have no life in them.everything comes too easy. first system gift: 10000000000 sys points.first guy he recruits gets everything for free, he asks no question on how there is a gravity chamber on earth or the time dilation training chamber or the teleport bracelet with storage space, its treated like the most ordinary stuff in the world, no surprise no emotion.i would go crazy about any one of those things.Romance? how to describe it: see--> like-->wifey during the beginning of the date.the concept is good though, and it can be expanded.what i wanted to see when i read mercanary group on earth and then world travel was not the mc finishing on earth and then moving on, but more the likes of an interdimensional mercanary group with the headquarter on earth portals to different worlds.that'd be cool(i have only read to chapter 8 so i don't know if its going in this direction)

Needs work. More time spent fleshing out the storyline while also developing dialogue will greatly reduce how chaotic the novel feels IMO. This may potentially be due to english transation or english not being first language. Only read first 20 chapters and like the premise of OP shield MC. At 25 chapters I would say that this is a good novel.Pros: Cool/Intetesting systemInteresting system for all characters Cons: Somewhat cringe dialogueCharacters not fully developed and feel hollowNot the best use of the system imoPersonally not ruthless enough and like I said I feel like he’s not using the system to it’s fullest abilityWhile I stated a lot if cons, I like the direction that the story is going in and have no big problems with the storyline and the cons are all minor things. I would recommend.
I'm usually never on Webnovel anymore so take my words with a grain of salt. I've read the raws up to chapter 300 and the main thing that you'll recognize is the fact that there are no other generations other than the elder generation and the younger (mc's) generation. This is a big problem in many cultivation novels, especially when you have an event that decides the leader of the entire domain that takes place every 800 years, but only those who are under 30 can participate. This is incredibly illogical and I'm not sure why the author does this. Another thing to note is the absolute rizzthat the mc has. Romance in this novel can be simplified into a plain harem, such that the process for love in this cultivation world only equates to 1. love for a man and 2. the man must be handsome and strong. It's not complex type of love, and it's for sure not uncommon, which is why this novel does it terribly when you realize all the rewards that the Mc gives (except for the disciples of the sect) are all women. The author has a personal bias, and although the gift-giving can be used as a plot device to instigate love, I would think that instead, a harem should involve a complex net of emotions that tie all the individuals involved together. This novel does not do that as of yet, and the women that are dao companions of the MC default to "he is so handsome and strong so he will get more women other than me" and completely accept it, without respite or jealousy, which I find unnatural and amusing.Last thing that saves this novel is the cheat, which is no different from any of the same kind, but with any cheat cultivation novels I enjoy it's about the same experience. Really all that matters to me is whether I enjoy the cheat, and I did, so it's alright. Still pretty garbage tho.

Compared to nearly all other system cultivation stories on this side, this is gold.No endless tournaments, no endless face slapping with povs who just go "Haha, look at this fool daring to inconvenience young master XYZ ..." and then later "OMG he is so strong, how can that beeee??!!" additionally, there are overarching plots... the mc is not just constantly ascending / going to a "stronger" place because NEED BE MOAR STRONK. (it is still happening but in a more believable way and he still has his sect he has to return to)Additionally, the MC is not a complete egomaniac and there is no Harem (thank God!).A bit of a detriment would be the timescale... The story takes place in a immortal cultivation universe... So it would be nice to see some longer time skips (with slice of life) before the next big event happens (I always stumble over the premiss of cultivators living thousands of years in a enormous world, and therefore thinking on a completely different scale, but events like the seemingly awakening of the true demon are seemingly felt instantly)@Autor. I would love to see the disciples to be an essential part of the sect in the future, because honestly, the sect is basically raising them while the mc is more like the rich uncle who lives in the same city and is there if needed but is not involved in every life at all.
