I concur with Drake888's assessment. The story is engaging overall, particularly within the slice-of-life genre, but the main character (MC) is the weak point. It's best enjoyed in smaller doses rather than consecutive hundred-chapter reads, as the repetitiveness starts to set in.
The book serves as a great stress reliever or a palate cleanser between intense stories. However, my interest waned after Chapter 375 due to the MC's increasingly unlikeable behavior. He constantly emphasizes his belief in hard work as the sole reason for his success, which becomes annoying, especially when he repeatedly attributes his "luck" with the firefly grass experience packs. While he does put effort into his plants, his actions aren't significantly more arduous than those of other cultivators, and his casual use of his cheat ability feels off.
Additionally, the repetitive jokes about the scabbard become grating, suggesting either an attempt at smut or a hypocritical dig at the harem genre, given the author's earlier critique.
