Great book but seems to be missing chapters at the end she at hotel with boyfriend for protecting from his father then jumps to have being stable then mentioned she look herself away but we miss all that ?? please help

The book is coming in too slow. It’s losing it’s appeal. It is started to feel very disconnected.
