Dr. Moon, he seems to be a leading expert in energy. He was well known in the scientific community as a mad scientist, as all the idea or thesis he did are ridiculous. 10 years back it looks like the community of scientist have thrown him out because of his ridiculous idea of creating a new type of energy that can be cultivated on human bodies and mutate them in to becoming strong and give them powers.
