The former boss antagonist starts off as obnoxious but quickly loses his job after a series of failures, including letting go of a crucial team member. This plot point appeals to those who have experienced the challenges of working in a demanding corporate environment, often referred to as "black companies" in Japan. As of now, the narrative is up to Arc 3, where the main character contemplates leaving town to join adventurers fighting monsters at the front lines. However, he has yet to make the move.

The journey to growth is laborious, with the MC working tirelessly, and the author masterfully describes every step of that process.

Lewin, our protagonist, had a difficult childhood. Born into poverty without a father, his mother succumbed to overwork when he was young. As a neglected orphan, he entered the Healer's Guild as a malnourished commoner, facing harsh treatment from nobles led by a Guild Chief who held commoners in contempt. He endured abuse, worked to the brink of collapse, and was discarded like trash once he turned 15. Thrown into the world alone, penniless and without skills, insecurity defines his early days.

His character development is profound and grounded in realism. Initially, he's vulnerable and hurt, which is understandable given his past. However, he evolves as he gains strength, forms meaningful connections, and learns to trust others.

Second, the main character is a coward, and despite the numerous chapters, they remain weak and indecisive. It becomes increasingly frustrating to follow, as the plot progression loses its relevance. And regarding the title, "Super Ultimate" seems overly exaggerated; the title alone suggests the shallow nature of the story. An ultimate skill implies something without bounds, which contradicts the portrayal of the MC and their abilities. The negative emotions and lack of character development hinder the story's growth. If you enjoy a bland and spineless protagonist, then perhaps this book is for you, but personally, I find it unappealing.
