I can't say one reason.. firstly you writes his character and secondaryly for his all characteristics.  I just love this little angel soul. I love the story, but are you planning to write a sequel?

the end of the story is tough because it's takes a lot to not give to the temptation of Happily Ever After Regret is the worst punishment good job dear author proud of your work
