contrary to most, i actually like this novel. the characters so far seem likeable, or at the very least not just walking plot devices. also while the chests content is kinda arbitrary when considering the grade, the chest grade themselves at least make sense in terms of location, so the scale of power doesnt just go crazy out of nowhere(yet)

I would have expected this of a Japanese protagonist, never a Chinese protagonist.

Here we have a White-Knight (incarnation of all that is righteous and heroic in the world) MC, who will make stupid decisions, and instead of being punished for it - he will instead be rewarded by the dullard of an author. Not once, or twice, but throughout the entire novel.

Somethings shouldn't ever see the light of day. This novel is one of them.

I don't know why people hate it that much. I think this book is an enjoyable read and I would vote with about 4 stars (I just gave 5 to even out the hate reviews)

This is a really interesting story and I hope I can have the chance to read more than these 40 chapters in the near future. The system is unique!!! It's interesting how he didn't lose his humanity even though he isn't a human anymore. I disagree with all these people that say it was stupid to help the fleeing mother and daughter. It's understandable how he still cares about humans and he tries to help their living conditions every chance he gets. Just because he became a vampire some people think he has to turn, in no time, to some kind of monster that cares about nothing and bring calamities right and left just for his satisfaction...... these people should check their morality and most of all their mentality. Fucking psycos!!!!

this is definitely the worst novel in the current trial read. the mc is an absolute moron, very unlikeable.

The worst part is that I have never read a story with so many "coincidences" and clichés before. do know know the meme where people accidentally have s*x? this novel is worse. its trumping itself every chapter.

There is really nothing possitive about this novel except a rather good grammar. the translator seems to do his job right but there are still many switched up words. the translator later clarified that it is like that in the raws

Don't make a novel about a vampire if he's not going to act like a vampire.

Within the first 19 chapters he already obtained the ability to withstand sunlight and gains the same disposition [skin type] as humans.

Another thing is that it all seems too easy for him.
He literally starts off finding high-tier chests easily inside the Count's mansion, and later on they all become super convenient ways of strengthening himself or giving him exactly what he needs in his situation.

Overall, if you wanna see a vampire act like a human and get protected by "legitimate" plot armor in the form of treasure chests then you'll like this.

another typical chinese mc he is born vampire but to save a human woman and her daughter(total strangers btw) he went on to offend the strongest existence in the vampiric rmpire when he himself was weak and a vampire? its not like the vampires treated him badly or bullied him nah he saw a woman in trouble and his chinese morals took over this story would have been so much better if he just minded his own fricking business

First there was ‘I Can Track Everything’, now there’s this. Next week’s trial read, there’s probably gonna be another book with a treasure tracking ability...

I should first say that every 5 star review was either somebody saying dont read, something not related to the novel. And finally somebody who just read the title.

This is not only a waste of time but degrades the value of time spent on it.

Hasty with the rewards, uninteresting MC, and finally pathetic plot development and character introduction.

Some how by walking down the street he looks like a nice vampire. Screw Off ! And while he is a vampire even before he sees any bad states of humans the narration praises humans with great Wisdom.

This is a childish book.

Wow this guy is a moron. Becomes a Baron from a nobody in 10 days. Goes outside. Simpathises with humans on the street who are blood packs and vows to make their situation better. Runs into two fleeing human women and kills pursuing lackeys of a Marquis for stangers. Leaves bodies on the street for proof. Now on the run and leaves more bodies and lets one escape just to harvest fangs which are worth some money. What a fking dumbass. All in 10 Chapters. Should I say as expected of a Chinese MC?

This novel is inadequate. Besides the undefined system and the completely stupid actions of the MC, there is also the total lack of common sense everyone has.

Example, finding a person by the vague description of his face, when the one describing is a normal human and it had been outside any civilization during the deepest of dark nights in the middle of nowhere. It is not like the human was running away from danger, no she must have had a torch to shine on the MC face to memorize it.
She also went back home so the boss of her now dead pursuers could find her easily.

Do not waste your time with this.
